Ten years ago,i have never thought our personal information is important.but now if your phone number is leaked,you will be drowned in a sea of junk short message.the ID card number is one of your most important personal information.because your bank card, driving license, student card and personal resume are both binding to your ID card number.so if your ID card number leaked, that completely is a disaster. How did my information leak? In some film, a hacker use a computer attack a website and get many information.that is true.many computer virus can do this.and today is the age of big data, a good hacker can get your password from your other information.for example,a hacker build a false website, and you register for an account.the hacker would get your password and your email address. Sometimes the password is your bank account password.He just need to send you a e-mail with computer virus.your bank account and password will be leaked. So what should we do to protect our information security? First of all we shouldn’t tell others our personal information.most of the information leakage event is from our carelessness.besides,we shouldn’t register for an account easily.and i still hold a belief on don’t using number is the best way to protect information security

一、谈单元测验成绩
从错题中发现学生的粗心，不仔细看完整个句型，没有检查的习惯，边听录音边做笔试部分，好的习惯需要不断的重复才成形成自己的习惯，比如有时给小孩做思想教育，你会发现当下的效果很好，但没过几天又重犯同样的错误了，性子急一点的可通过练书法等形式让他学生静心地去做某一件事情。因为孩子还小，可塑性还很强，更需要我们一起来帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯，磨刀不误砍柴功，我们现在花多些时间和精力，形成良好的学习习惯一定会促进他的学习，为他以后繁重的学习减轻压力。
二、家庭教育的重要性
首先要树立正确的教育观念。现代社会，孩子所受的教育影响来自方方面面，学校、家庭、社会等等，但在小学阶段对孩子影响紧最大的还是来自学校和家庭。同样的学校同样的老师，学生的发展却有极大的不同，有的学习优秀，能考上理想的重点中学，而有的却差强人意，甚至举步维艰，为什么呢？除了孩子个体的原因，家庭教育的不同是造成差异的主要原因。因为现在社会的生活和工作的压力越来越大，有的家长的确工作很忙，但家长的忙，也是为了自己和孩子有更好的生活品质，如果家长把精力用在为孩子攒钱，倒不如花多点精力去为孩子攒下知识和技能，攒个孩子将来吃饭的好饭碗，这才是让他吃之不尽的根本，这才是真正的铁饭碗。再说一生又能有多少时间用来陪子女呢?他说不定上初中就不要你陪呢。家长对教育的投资是最明智的投资，是回报率最高的投资，孩子优秀也是我们作为家长的优秀人生的一个重要总要，一个不是很好听，但很贴切的比喻就是，老师是医生，老师负责下药，孩子是病人，家长则是护士，负责监督孩子吃药和护理工作，小孩还小，不可能很自觉，这监督和护理的工作就尤其重要。所以我认为家长应该和孩子共同努力，把精力更多的投入到关心孩子的学习中去，把孩子培养好，成为自己最得意的作品。
三、强调听力的重要性
有句话说别不把包子当干粮，也别不把听录音当作业。有些小孩一看是听录音的作业，就当作没作业的。三年级刚从二年级的口语转为与语数并重的学科，孩子们可能一下不太适应，二年级只需要会说会读，不要求单词句型的拼写，也还没掌握记单词的方法，有些同学或许会觉得吃力，我平时教单词有渗透音标教学，有些学习能力强的同学很快就记好单词背好课文了，学得也很轻松。20xx年疯狂英语李阳老师来校宣传他的学习理念，其中有一点我觉得深以为然，那就是他说最好的老师是录音，最有效的方法是反复听录音并跟读。他认为多听多说能把这语感、语调都跟的非常地道，只有成章入口才能出口成章。还有一个理念就是他说英语学习的最小单位是短文，而不是单词，所以提倡多背短文，通过短文去理解和记忆单词，因为有时同一单词在不同的语境有不同的意思。另外他说每周只有四节英语课，每节课40分钟，只靠这点时间来学英语是远远不够的，平时还以有意识把英语和孩子的生活结合起来。鼓励孩子联系生活实际进行学习，如在家居物品贴上英文标签（在床上贴上 bed，在电视上贴上TV，还有chair ,table ,pen, stool,等），可以在放假时让他们自己去写，去贴，他们可能会觉得好玩，在去公园、商店时，见到熟悉的事物，可问问孩子记得它们的英文吗？出行的路上多指引孩子看看路边含有英文的广告牌，比如卖当劳的大写字母M，去吃比萨饼时让孩子留意一下它的英文名字Pizza，喝 可乐的时候别忘了一起看看杯子上的Coca cola等等。
四、希望家长的配合和支持
我们班有不少孩子的学习习惯非常好，大家可以互相学习一下不同的教育方法。她们上课都能认真听课，完成作业的质量也很高。课堂上已把所学的知识消化了，课后回家也不用花很多时间。有些孩子上课会控制不住地走神，或说话，有时一支笔都可以玩出很多花样来，需要老师提醒，上课没认真听，回家做作业，单词听写等就如同什么也没学过一样了。为了达成共同教育好孩子的目的，所以请家长在家庭作业方面配合好几项工作：
1、查看孩子的'作业登记本，检查是否已经完成作业。完成作业是对堂上知识的一种巩固练习，也是及时复习的一种形式，常欠交作业一般成绩不会好，所以请各位家长协助、督促小孩完成家庭作业。
2、听录音和读背课文。英语记忆尤为重要，口语的语音、语调也不能忽视，而这些通过多听录音，加强记忆可以获得，多听多背也是学习英语的一大决窍。要求背诵的课文家长可以在读背卡上或课本上签名以备老师检查听读背的作业，尽可能每天花上5分钟让孩子听课文录音并朗读课文。如果家长能让小孩养成这个习惯，会让他以后学习英语都比较轻松。
3、单词和重点句子的听写。单词的掌握是学习英语最为关键的一环，而单词的记忆又是靠经常的复习才得以巩固，检查记忆的成果如何便是听写了，所以我建议家长们能在家帮助学生听写单词，从下个学期开始，每天的家听我都会给出十个单词让学生在第二天听写，这份工作很简单但贵在坚持，如果能做到这点，我相信孩子们的成绩能又跃上一个台阶。
