大家好！

今天我演讲的题目是《爱与责任》幼儿工作的核心是“爱”。赞可夫说过：当教师必不可少的，甚至最主要的品质，就是热爱儿童。爱，也许只是一个简单的拥抱，一个甜美的微笑，一声轻轻的问候，一个暖心的教导，也许还可以更简单。

不知不觉我已从事幼教工作七年了。从工作的第一天起，我就感觉好像每天都在学习，令我欣喜的是我每天都会进步一点点，从班上老师那里我学到了很多东西。从她们那里我知道幼教日常工作虽繁琐但点点滴滴都要认真。在平凡的工作中要保持上进心。幼教工作是琐碎的，然而，工作中没有掌声，没有鲜花，更没有此起彼伏的喝彩，有的，只是和孩子们平实的相处，他们哭了，我要去哄他们；他们闹矛盾了，我又要当裁判，给他讲道理；拉了，吐了，还要帮他们收拾，打理；有的只是工作一天下来，疲惫的身躯；有的只是，日复一日琐碎的工作；理想在哪里?报复在哪里?于是，我茫然了，这样的生活，离我想象中的太远。想象中的我，应该穿着职业装，拎着包，穿梭于不同的城市，接触不同的人，尽管辛苦，却感觉着不同的生活，享受着成功的喜悦。

可是，我选择了幼儿教师，就等于选择了不一样的生活。不同的职业性质不同，却都有着这样那样的艰辛。因此，工作者是一种责任，更是自我价值的体现。

随着时间的推移，我也日渐成熟，认清了工作的价值，于是，现在的我，成了这个样子：清晨，当悠扬的音乐响起，我开始一天的工作，我会带着清新的笑脸，迎来可爱的孩子们：我会把哭闹的孩子揽到怀里，用亲切的话语安慰他们；为了一个问题而争论不休；我会和班上的老师一起，走进孩子的家庭，和他们交流，当我听到孩子的父母告诉我，孩子为了等我一大早就起床了的消息时，我又会，默默地感动；我会在我的笔记里，记下孩子的喜怒哀乐，分析这些情况，找出有针对性的教育方法，帮他们进步；幼教工作就是一个良性活儿，只有敬畏之心才能承载最大的责任，这种情节的意识不断的激励着我们在工作中豪不懈怠的做好每一个细节，也正是因为有了这份爱，使我们这些幼教工作者对孩子们少了一份苛求，多了一份理解；少了一份埋怨，多了一份宽容；少了一份指责，多了一份尊重，感恩我的职业，感谢我身边有如此优秀的教师们

大家好！

可是爱和责任这两个词在我们每个人心中的分量或是排列顺序恐怕不是一样的，说实话我自己有时候就不是搞的那么清楚。为了一个生病的学生，上到校长下到教职工个个心急如焚，打电话送医院，急症病房跑前跑后，比自己家人生病还要着急，你能说清这是爱还是责任？九年级学生毕业，一部分学生复习考试，一部分学生要求工作，为帮助找一个条件好待遇高的工作，老师奔走于各个企业，你能分清这是爱还是责任？

有人说“爱”源于高尚的师德，“爱”意味着无私的奉献，教师对学生的爱，不是出自个人的恩怨，而是出自社会的需要、教育的需要，我认为为了需要而爱，这个爱太假。有人说爱本身就是一种责任，我也不赞同，责任是别人施加的给自己的，责任是要求有相应汇报的，真正的爱是发自内心的，是本能的流露出来的，是不求汇报的，爱是我们做好本职工作，也就是我们完成责任的一个更高的境界。

责任是树，爱就是藤，他们是紧紧依附在一起的，爱融入在责任之中，他们是如影相随。
