some of us are having problems with our parents, as they often look into our school bags or read our diaries. i fully understand why we are not comfortable about it, but there's no need to feel too sad.
our parents are checking our bags or diaries to make sure we're not getting into any trouble. they have probably heard some horrible stories about other kids and thought we might do the same. or perhaps they just want to connect with us but are doing it all wrong. my suggestion is: tell them we want them to trust us as much as we'd like to trust them. if you don't think you can talk to them, write them a letter and leave it lying around―they are bound to read it.

I studied english educashion at my college. I chose this major just because its tuition was not high at that time. Then half a year before my graduation i came to shandong to be an english teacher. Far away from my hometown. Then i have lived here for 7 years and taught for 7 years too. I love teaching. I love talking to my students. How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly. And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls . When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew, sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is! To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility. So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things. Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen, It's my great honor to be here to have a talk with you. Today I will talk something about how to make our class active and interactive.
Three years ago , when I stepped to school to be an English teacher , I tried my best to make all the students practice the patterns in many ways, And I hope that they would get high marks in all the tests ver , they didn't care about it ,and they were not interested in my class at all.
Until one day, a boy had a talk with me. He said"I'm learning many things that are boring and useless. So I'm tired of studying. "At that time, I realized my class was lack of active and interactive patterns. And I knew it was time to change our class.
In order to make the students concentrate on our class, we must change the old ways we used before.
Firstly, we should be active and energetic use our passion can make students want to learn in the class we can use many simple words such as "good, excellent and well done", because these simple words not only make them active in class, but also foster their sense of achievement in learning.
Secondly, we should make our class creative and meaningful. We can organize games or activities you know, activity is the key part of class. And we can use simple sentences and body language to communicate with students. We should give them clear purpose and offer them opportunities to practice, to create and at the same time allow them to fail.
The Third part is making the students feel comfortable with asking and answering questions. In order to do this, please do not criticize any questions from students will insure that they can continue to ask questions. Do give our students more chance to ask and answer. Then after class they will listen, read, write, and use English with interests and happiness.
Finally I want to say, I believe in these ways our students will enjoy every minutes in our class.
