good morning/evening/afternoon, ladies and gentlemen :
today, my speech is about talents,in my opionion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society. as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.
first, id like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war,
needleto say, they would have beat those big they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke ver, nowadays, its a totally different situation,
china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more and more people go to university, more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return, talents in army protect our country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents
in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games......
to sum up, talents will play a more and more impoetant role in the world, if one country intends to flourish, he must foster talents as many as they can ,thats all。
thank you!

Dear teachers, dear students:
hello everyone!
Students! In his congratulatory letter to the _ anniversary of the construction of the young pioneers, Grandpa _ proposed to our young pioneers to bear in mind the heavy trust of the party and the people, and strive to be a good young man who studies hard and pursues progress.
So, how can we study hard? How to pursue the progress?
I remember the ancients saying, "three more lights and five more chickens, it is the boy who read. Black hair does not know how to study early, but white head regrets how late he studies. If you don't eat, you are hungry, you will be foolish if you don't read. Gorky said“ Books are the ladder of human progress. " "Great Zhou said," Dajiang song turned to the East, and he was poor in the world. "Ten years of face wall breaking, difficult to pay for sea and hero"
It can be seen that our predecessors study hard and advance their spirit, how persistent; How touching, how can we not be deeply learning?
In our happy campus, in the good learning environment and such superior learning conditions, learning has different views; I have seen in extracurricular books that "learning is a burden, it is not lazy and greedy"; Others think that "learning is like chewing wax, it is not as sweet as cheese and bread." others think that "learning is just going through the field, learning and not learning" and so on. However, I think learning is a kind of enjoyment, which can make you intoxicated; Learning is a piece of music that can enrich you. Make you happy in the strings of music. Learning is a delicious, it can make you try sweet, sour and spicy; Only learning! Only know that I am behind. Only learning! Find the gap with others. Only learning! And then you can get up and down; Learning, going forward and working hard are always on the same line. Whip you always forward; But they have a fundamentally different side. That is, it never ends“ Learning without end! There is no side to learn the sea to make a boat! "
Students! Study hard! Go for the best! Learn new knowledge, read noble and cultivate spirituality; The pursuit makes your eyes look wider from afar. Reading makes the mind travel through time and space, and pursues the immortal world in the future! Thank you!

Making a big career change isn"t easy, especially if you"ve got kids to support, a mortgage to pay, and a car to worry about. But if you"ve got the motivation, you can do it. Here"s how.
Steps
Tackle the golden question: If you had all the money in the world, what would you be doing with yourself? Don"t hold back. This is brainstorming time. Make a list of all the things you"d rather be doing with your time. Your first few answers will probably be something like: Take a tropical vacation, spend more time with the kids, etc. But push your thinking beyond that.
Evaluate your skills and talents. Ask yourself: What am I good at? What do I most enjoy doing? Write down every skill you"re capable of. Don"t be shy.
Think of jobs that allow you to do what you really want to do, at least in some form, and apply your skills and talents every day. Be creative and open-minded.
Consider your financial situation. How much does it cost, on a monthly and annual basis, to support your current standard of living? Are you willing to lower your standard so that you can take a job that pays less?
Make a list of everything you want in your new job, and one of everything you don"t.
Browse job descriptions in your desired field. Visit a site like Salary.com to find out how much you can expect to earn in your new career. (However, do realize that Salary.com is NOT the source businesses use to set salaries- they use services that survey other businesses. Salary.com just shows a possible average of salaries and is a decent general place to start for career info.) Also refer to the Occupational Outlook Handbook to see how competitive the job market may be.
Check local schools for courses and programs that may give you an edge. Start taking night classes while you"re still at your current job. Establish rapport with your teacher - he or she will prove to be a valuable reference when you"re applying for a new job.
Volunteer for organizations related to your desired career. For example, if you want to work in architecture, volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, which builds houses for disadvantaged families. You get experience, and they get a helping hand!
Network. Talk to people in your desired field. Explain your situation. Ask them for advice. Give them your contact information. If what they say is true - "It"s not what you know, it"s who you know" - then cover all your bases in this department.
Save enough money to support you for 3-6 months, or however long you think it"ll take to find a job in your new career that"ll support you adequately.
Write a new resume. Make sure you include your objectives (based on step 1), education (step 6) and relevant experience (step 7).
Start your job search and good luck!
Tips
Most people"s deepest vocational passions fall within three categories: teaching, healing, and creating. If your focus in your career is on doing one of these three things, you"re far more likely to draw satisfaction from your job.
Having a spouse with a steady job makes switching careers a lot easier, but is by no means necessary. You should, however, seek the moral support of friends and family.
Consider donating your time for free if your new chosen profession enables this, to help you gain some experience and meet people in the field.
