Good morning , dear judges .My name is YangSen ,and I’m from ShiLinMiddle Shool,the name of my speech is > .It is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .
I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with English.After graduating from University, I started my job in teaching English. Then I realized the true of being an English teacher. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.
To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.
How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.
Over three years passed by, the first day of new semester was coming finally. As a new teacher of the school, I had something in common with my students, who were new faces. Sitting in the classroom, since both of us were nervous, I showed a smile to them. At last, they relaxed themselves, smile was passed on to next. Then all of them were smiling. At that time, I began to introduce myself to them. So interested in me, they all listened to me with full heart. Of course I had chance to know something about them. One of them even was so excited with red face when she knew she and I had the same birthday. When I made a joke on her about her red apple face, the classroom burst out of laugh. No matter how different they are, in my eyes, everyone of them is like a waiting flower----waiting for growth. From then on, I had been in good relationship with my students. How lovely and nice they are!
And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls in WangSheng. When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew,
sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!
Thirdly, to be a teacher we need to know what responsibility is. As everyone knows, the Chinese boy, Hong Zhanhui is one of the man who moves China. He began to rear his little sister since he was 13, the age at which we enjoy mother’arms. Without parents, he has to earn enough money for their life while he is studying at the same time. Everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. When somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. He replied briefly:” This is my responsibility! ” From his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. Is only what Hong Zhanhui done can be called responsibility? Of course no. Everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyone’s daily life especially we teachers’.
So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.
Just imagine the world without responsibility. Your students are the waiting flowers. Tomorrow, whatever they will be, it all depends on their hard working and the teachers’ love. Wonderful world, isn’t it? Responsibility is not a burden if you are willing to shoulder it. The teacher who loves his/her students will not only succeed but also get a happy life and enjoythemselves.
Because I love my students, then I enjoy myself with full responsibility.That is why I together with you,try our best to be an excellent English teacher today! Thank you very much for your attention!

很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流、我是二年1、6、7、8、10班的英语任课教师，我姓赵、下面我就我们英语学习方面说我一些真实的感言：
在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文、其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好、于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了、其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆、在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识、但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度、况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的、大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距、
那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语、学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫、
首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过、不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展、不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么？我每天叫学生回家要跟录音机读二十分钟的英语，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么、所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次、
接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流、我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来、在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好、可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少、所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说、在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地、在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了、有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场、
接下来是读、有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神、”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的.语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了、那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的、一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了、我刚开始学英语的时候就是这样的，每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断、无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛、如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然、就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事、
最后是写、二年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求、首先是单词，单词是句子，段落，课文的最基本组成单位、背单词是学英语的必经之路、单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的、我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍、还有句型，二年级所接触的巨型都是很简单的日常用语、学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法、可后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型、所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性、
总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯、家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性、与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程、不是要说注重过程嘛、还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平、我要讲的就是这些，谢谢！

大家好，很荣幸今天有这样一次机会和大家一起切磋，共同探讨孩子的教育问题，我相信每位家长都有自己很丰富的、独到的有经验，我的做法也仅代表我个人，耽误大家宝贵的时间，请允许我跟大家交流一下我在家是怎样配合老师帮助孩子复习巩固英语的。
学习是孩子自己的事情，必须让他明白要学会自己对自己负责。我只起到引导、帮助和监督的作用，要求他长期坚持做到以下几点：
1、上新课前按老师要求进行预习。先熟悉课文内容，听几遍课文听力，听熟为止。生字词查阅词典，有不会的圈划出来，作为听课重点。
2、上了新课后放学回家，先让孩子把当时圈划的难点说明白，一是加深孩子印象，二是了解孩子上课是否专心听讲。然后要求熟读，读得很熟练了才背诵，然后默写。这一点要强调一下，一开始接触英语的时候，我就发现孩子存在会读会背但写出来出错的情况，因此，默写也很重要。
3、我会跟孩子用新学的句型造句或对话，进行巩固拓展，其中如果出现语法错误，我会及时提醒纠正。（因为我的发音很不标准，我会事先跟孩子说请忽略我糟糕的发音，你应该指出我发音错误，但不要受我影响。）
4、作业当天只检查是否做完，书写是否认真，不查对错。等第二天孩子拿了老师批注好的作业回来，我会检查对错情况，每一道错题都要求孩子自己分析错题，然后订正。这样做是为了让孩子体会到自己要对作业的正确率负责，今后听课更认真，作业更专心。
5、课外补充一些培养兴趣和语感的事。我家在城北，离学校比较远，路上不堵车也得二十五分钟左右，路上时间会让孩子听英语故事，一开始是比较简短的泡泡少儿英语故事，三年级开始听外语教学与研究出版社出版的轻松英语名作欣赏，里面都是些耳熟能详的故事，比如匹诺曹，丑小鸭，小飞侠等等，每一本都是经过改编整理成几十页的'小故事，内容有趣。兴趣的培养我觉得蛮重要的，因此，一开始不要给孩子压力，就每天听，坚持不懈，忽然有一天，你就发现他会复述了，而且是绘声绘色。这个时候，就可以跟孩子分角色来扮演故事里的人物，孩子会更来劲。当这一本能够进行课本剧表演了，才会给孩子买下一本来听，吊足孩子胃口。
6、考试前会提醒孩子复习，查漏补缺；考试后不纠结孩子的考试成绩。考得好，就跟孩子讲是前阵子的学习方法奏效了，学习态度很好，要保持；考得不理想，就跟孩子分析错误类型，商量解决办法，争取下次有进步。
最后，我觉得孩子的学习是长期的反复的行为，我能想到和做到的就是及时向老师了解孩子的课堂情况，针对孩子的个性特点，采取合适的方法，帮助孩子形成良好的学习习惯，培养学习兴趣，让孩子在英语学习路上走得既快乐又踏实。不足之处还请大家指正，也真诚地希望能和家长们成为朋友，一起分享孩子教育的苦与乐。

英语教材是相衔接的，如果以前的英语没有学好，那相对来说，现在学得比较累；同样地，如果孩子们现在不学好英语，那将来的初中高中英语学习也是不难想象的。所以在小学阶段，我们只有现在打好良好的基础，才不会导致英语越学越难、越学越差。
怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我们只是真诚地希望我们的家长配合学校，配合我们老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。很多家长已经非常支持我的工作，我真心的谢谢你们。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长。
我们要重视良好的学习习惯的培养
（1）英语不是我们的母语，除了英语课没什么机会接触英语，没有很好的环境。在家里有必要让孩子多听听录音，多看看英语碟子，反反复复。 听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、跟着说。
（2）让孩子大声说英语 家长要每天留出20分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，背背英语，不管当天有无英语课，有无作业。我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，上学期我听同事说她儿子以前英语学得不怎么样，到了初中以后，每天都坚持读，背英语半小时，从来不间断过，后来由他最吃力的一科转变成了他最棒的一科，总分是150分，高考他考了140多分。
有些学生自控能力特差，注意力很不集中，很容易开小差，老师讲的知识根本没听，老师反反复复教课文，有些同学嘴里含了金子一样，根本不张嘴不读，所以效果也不太好。在家里不管你们多忙，请你们也抽出一点点时间督促一下孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该背的背，该默的默，该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。作业麻烦你们一定签上字，我们这样做的目的并不想增加你们的麻烦，而是在让你们随时了解你的小孩在学校上是否认真，认不认真翻翻孩子的书，练习册，本子，很容易就知道了。有些同学学习态度不端正，他们非常聪明，就是不认真，少数同学老爱欠交作业，老师吹好几遍不交，叫班干部盯住也不交。养成了爱欠交作业的坏习惯，就失去了很多巩固知识的机会，对今后的学习肯定是非常不利的。有了家长们的督促，也许他们欠交作业的可能性会少许多。翻翻书，书上白白的，看出听课肯定不认真，老师讲到重要的都会写出来，反复提醒他们记笔记，可有些同学不动笔偷懒，作业质量差，乱写，或者不写完，书上有的也懒得翻书，乱写一通。
现在很多孩子生活太优越了，变得懒惰了，不好学了。在学校，如果孩子没有好好学，课后又没有巩固，单词看不懂，句子也读不懂，笔试部分做不好，听力就更不用讲了，因为没有老本吃，对他们来说，英语都像陌生人一样。关靠我们老师的努力很难达到我们预期的.目的。我非常想把我的学生个个都交好，但是我们感到我无法办到，课堂上我们无论多么努力，掌握了的同学很积极，恨不得每次都叫到他，不熟练的同学照样不管事。英语单词很容易忘记，所以要经常复习，我喜欢和学生聊天，了解情况，有些同学非常自信地告诉我英语不难，最好学了，她们在家做得非常棒，家长也非常用心。我们了解到凡是用心的家长，孩子大都表现都比较好。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我不喜欢英语，我不想学了，就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道，再困难也要攻下来，学习英语开始也许有些难度，次数多了就会容易了。 很多家长跟我说，他们不懂英语，我们知道，样样都懂的人并不多，但是我们可以创造条件买点学习工具，点读机，录音机，光碟等等，现在条件这么好。单词可以根据孩子的实际情况，基础好的可以每天多记几个，懂读，懂写，知道意思。当天完成了，复习前面的，否则记住了后面，忘记了前面的。对于基础稍微差一点点的一天记三五个。假如实在记单词有难度的就让他们认，看到英语就知道什么意思，盖住汉语意思，让他边读，边说中文，或者打乱来抄下英语写出中文意思。
孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”孩子是非常有良心的，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报，孩子会更出色。孩子不能完全放手交给老师，在家用心管和不管区别是非常大的。
这点我深有体会。下面我来谈谈我和我儿子一起成长的过程。和家长们一起分享一下。我儿子刚满八岁，我非常喜欢两本育儿书，一本是好妈妈胜过好老师，另一本是卡尔教育。有空找来看看，相信一定会有收获，我非常感谢它们。由于我自己比较喜欢看书，从小我比较注重培养他看书的能力，小时给他讲，和他一起看，所以不知不觉让他养成了喜欢看书的习惯，在幼儿园时就认识很多很多字，现在小本的，大本的，有图无图的，他有时间都看，一年级开学时按学校建议买了七本书，他没过一个月就看完了，大头儿子小头爸爸几百页两三天就看完了。大本大本的哈利波特我看着头痛，他却看过不停。多看书很有好处，理解能力比较好，词汇丰富。学习不让我太伤脑筋。在他没上小学时，我常用真钱和他玩买卖东西的游戏，到超市买东西时让他算钱，多练习，他的计算能力不知不觉提高了，玩积木时教了点角，边，怎么数有几个积木，数学老师说他空间想象力好，他喜欢吃月饼，买月饼时教他一个五元，两个多少，三个，四个，他不知不觉乘法记住了好多，现在到他学乘法时，他学得很轻松而且他也很自信，他觉得他数学棒。英语他感兴趣，喜欢看英语影碟，上英语课非常能干，非常自信。我无意之中有了很大收获。
现在孩子普遍缺乏吃苦，缺乏锻炼的机会，所以在学习上也表现出来了，太懒，怕吃苦。我儿子体质差，老爱喉咙发炎，药吃得不像话，今年暑假开始送他学跆拳道，我常在那观看，确实有点心疼，我不断地鼓励，表扬，他咬咬牙坚持下来了，以前一看到我下楼不骑车他就有意见，现在改变非常大。他有一次说人可以活几百岁，我跟他说很少有人活一百多，一般活过七八十岁，过好每一天，做好该做的事就好了。他接上一句，趁着这几十年我要为妈妈多做事，从那以后，他真的就像他说的，我拿的东西他基本上抢着拿完，我空手。电瓶车没电不是我推他，而是他推我。我经常让他知道我有他这样的儿子很高兴，抓住机会就夸夸他，常常与他的老师联系。
