电气工程学院英语演讲比赛
二、活动背景：
英语作为第一大国际通用语言。在全球化日益加剧的当代，英语学习听、说、读、写四大部分中，“说”显得尤为重要。能否操练一口准确地道纯熟的英语，这对在校大学生的个人发展及往后的就业方向有着重大的影响。发音对语言学习有着巩固基础与运用提高的作用，正确的发音与自然的语调是理解他国语言及表达自己思想的关键，而趣味学习又能更好的达到提高效果。语言学家一致认为流利的演讲是学好地道语言的有效方法。
三、活动目的：
丰富校园文化生活，激发学生学习英语的热情，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积极性，为大学生提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台，展示自我共同进步，为同学们营造一个生动有趣的英语学习环境。加深对英语口语的重要性的认识。通过举办活动，为广大英语爱好者提供一个互相交流和学习的机会。

参赛选手名单(专业班级+姓名+联系方式)由班长以班级为单位发送至邮箱：
八、比赛规则：
1、预赛环节
(1)自我介绍(Introduction),一分钟之内;
(2)正式演讲(Preparedspeech)，主题为我的大学规划(3分钟)，少于2分钟或者多余3分30秒酌情扣分。同时请选手在演讲时注意台下工作人员的示意：在3分时举黄色牌示意，超出3分30秒时举红色牌提醒，须停止演讲。(演讲要求脱稿)
2、决赛环节
(注：1、进入决赛的`各位选手到比赛场地进行决赛人员出场顺序抽签。2、进入决赛的选手需要带3名亲友团成员，亲友团计入影响决赛选手的总成绩，请各位决赛选手的亲友团中途不要离场。)
(1)正式演讲:根据自己所选题目(“青春、信念、坚持……”主题中任选其一)进行演讲(限时3-5分钟，要求脱稿);
(2)即兴演讲(准备时间30s,演讲时间1分钟)：根据评委给出的关键词展开描述，进行即兴演讲，依据选手的口语表达能力及临场表现打分。
(3)选手最后得分相同
a)现场进行加赛，时间不超过15分钟
b)由评委或现场观众进行投票决定
九、活动流程：
(一)前期准备：
1、前期宣传：前期宣传：新媒体在院微博等社交平台，进行线上宣传，11月3日以班级为单位发送参赛邀请通知，11月5日企宣部做好展板向全院宣传此次比赛。让更多同学对比赛有所了解，吸引更多同学参加。
2、11月5日统计报名人员，确定人员及名单。
3、干事活动任务分工：
初赛：主持人：2名，时间记录人员：1名，统计分数人员：6名，现场管理人员：2名。共12人
决赛：主持人：2名，记录时间人员：1名，统计分数人员：3名,现场管理人员：2名。共9人。
(二)开始环节：
(1)主持人致开场白及介绍出席本次比赛的评委、嘉宾和各项比赛的评分标准
(2)主持人宣读比赛规则，宣布开始比赛。

十、评分与奖项设置：
评分：满分为100分。评分标准为以下3个方面：
1、仪表形象：(20分)
着装整齐，大方得体。(10分)
姿态自然，动作适度。(10分)
2、演讲内容：(40分)

内容充实，贴近生活，富有鲜明的时代感。(10分)
行文流畅，用词精练，详略得当。(10分)
3、语言艺术：(40分)
发音标准，流利。(20分)
节奏处理得当，技巧运用自如。(10分)
表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气氛。(10分)
十一、注意事项：
1、人员分工要明确;
2、负责好比赛现场的纪律，不得中途离席;
3、提前整理好比赛所需物品;
4、记分员分工明确，计分时仔细认真，避免出现错记多记等疏漏；
5、演讲人员所用时间以计时员时间为准，如果有异议可以当场提出，但坚决反对事后提出;
6、决赛题目必须与初赛题目不同;
7、参赛班级迟到超过15分钟直接取消比赛资格；
8、结束后观众安秩序离场，收拾场地；
9、准备好笔记本电脑，确保电量。比赛现场确保至少两台不(windows7、XP)的笔记本电脑正常运转；
10、提前制作抽签箱用于电脑抽签环节；
11、比赛前期拷贝选手的参赛资料，保存不同格式，以做备份。

随着时代的发展,世界各国之间交流越来越多,“地球村”也越来越小。如何使中国与国际社会进行更好的交流,促进彼此的发展,是当代中国大学生不可推卸的责任。而英语作为世界上使用最广泛的语言，在国际的交流中自然起着至关重要的作用。所以，英语水平已成为衡量当代大学生素质的基本标准之一。因此，本着“全院参与，办出特色，发现人才，培养学习兴趣”的.宗旨，院团委决定举办一次面向学院大一学生的英语演讲比赛，以提高同学们的英语口语水平，提供一个可以展现自我，激励他人的舞台，并且加强在校大学生的竞争意识。

三、比赛细则
1、比赛规则
比赛采取一轮制，共分为三个环节：
(1)已备演讲限时：4分钟
(2)即席演讲选手现场抽取即席演讲。限时：3分钟
(3)现场问答评委提问选手即兴回答。限时：2分钟(评委用英语提问，可以是与选手演讲主题有关的问题、选手在演讲过程中涉及的问题，也可以是评委感兴趣的问题，选手一律用英语进行回答。)
2、评分规则：
采取公平、公正原则。满分10分，具体分配如下：

即席演讲：3分
现场问答：3分

Do you know what date is it today? Today is the Olympic Date.
Im so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all.
The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games?First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago.
At the end of August, 2004, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends hel rewell Party for me.
They said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in Beijing, and then in 2008, we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games.
I laughed and answered: OK, no problem!Time flied and 2 years passed.
Now I am a graduate.
My teachers and classmates always ask me: whats your plan after your graduation? Go back home, stay in Beijing, or go to some other places? And I always answer: I will stay in Beijing.
I make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: Ive fallen in love with Beijing! Im eager to welcome the coming Olympic Games together with my fellow countrymen, and I wish I could do something for the Olympics & for the city.As we know, Beijing will host the 29th Summer Olympic Games in 2008.
As a Chinese, I think many people are thinking: what we can do for Beijing Olympic Games.
Most of us are not athletes, we cannot take part in competitions directly; we are not officials either, we dont need to do the preparatory work.
We are only ordinary people, what we can do!There are still so many things we can do! For example, for me, I am a graduate majoring Business English.
