各位评委、各位老师：
大家好！
我竞聘的岗位是xx英语教师岗位，竞聘这一岗位的理由如下：
一、思想政治方面
本人热爱祖国、热爱人民、拥护中国共产党的领导，忠诚党的教育事业。
二、职业道德方面
严格履行xx教师职业道德规范，为人师表，严格遵守岗位制度，严格恪守人民教师的职业道德，积极参加公益事业。
三、业务方面
从教多年来，从未间断过继续教育学习，取得了英语本科学历，计算机甲级乙等，县、市级骨干教师培训证，英特尔教师培训证等。
四、教育教学工作能力
1、胜任英语教学工作，在联考中我所任教班级的英语成绩名列前茅；曾在xx英语教师会上做了经验交流；先后x次参加xx区域教研教改公开课，受到同行们的好评，并被xx教师进修学校授予“课改优质课”的光荣称号。
2、胜任班主任工作，特别是转变脏乱差班级的管理方面，取得了极大的成绩，被评为市级优秀教师。
3、胜任教研组长工作，能够协调好领导和老师之间的关系，团结协作，做好教研组长工作。历年来我们组都是第一个开展教研课，各顶活动都走在最前面，得到上级领导的肯定，多次被评为优秀教师。
4、尽管我是从教多年的英语教师，有着一定的工作经验和成绩，但我绝不会满足于已取得的微薄成绩，我会竭尽全力把学生教好，将英语教学搞好。
综上所述，本人符合竟聘中学英语教师岗位所具备的条件和素质，故向各位评委和老师提出申请。
如果我能够竟聘上这个岗位，我打算从以下几个方面改进自已的教学工作，提高自已的教学水平。
（a） 更加科学规范地做好日常教学工作，认真落实教学常规工作，确保教学质量稳中有升。
（b） 顺应教学改革方向，积极参加教学改革。根据英语学科的特点，我打算开展“任务型教学”实验活动，把学习者个人的生活经历作为课堂学习的主要资源，力图将课堂内的语言学习与课堂外的语言活动结合起来。
（c） 结合英语学科特点和学生实际情况，配合学校的校本教研，设计并开展丰富多采的英语实践活动，进一步拓展学生的视野，培养学生各方面能力。
（d） 加强个人修养，练好基本功。进一步树立自已强烈的事业心和责任感，加强自已的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护学校良好形象，努力调动学生的学习积极性，提高教学质量，力争在教学中体现实力，在工作中保持动力，在学生和老师的交往中凝聚合力。
尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：我有信心有决心搞好英语教学工作，为教育事业奉献自已的一份光和热。
如果组织上需要我做其它工作，不管这份工作是否高低贵贱轻重多寡，我都会忠于职守，严于律已，夯实基础，钻研业务，团结协作，虚心向老教师取经，向年轻教师求教，与时俱进，把服务学生服务老师的工作做好，牢牢坚守在自已的岗位上，做一颗永不生绣的锣丝钉。

We’ve got a chain that takes a great idea all the way through. We must be confirmed that, today, the challenges we face are real.
They are serious they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But we will somehow find a way to overcome the difficulties. My major is . My job is to discover or create new drugs for many diseases like cancer.
You know that laboratory is the place where miracles happen. Believe it or not. What I do can save millions of people’s lives. For a long time, what challenges me is how to commercialize research. You come up with a great idea, but moving that new discovery from theory to practice or from the lab to the marketplace, that's re ally a big job. That’s what we should focus on.
We need to act with a sense of urgency-to study and work and create as if the fate of the country depends on us-because it does. It depends on us. Thank you!
