务的方案，我会根据每月公司下达业务的数量及目标，做好自己的工作笔记，把考核内容及完成目标记录在案，给每位营业员定任务，让她们知道自己工作的重点。在业务宣传方面，充分发挥自己熟悉县直各部门情况的优势，让每个营业员树立主人翁意识，只要能接触的社交范围，主动巧妙的推广我们目前的新业务及最新的优惠政策。
