20xx年4月24日，在我校大学生活动中心举办了天津市首届独立院校英语演讲及英文歌曲比赛。
本次活动由天津大学仁爱学院主办，校公共外语教学部及英语社协办，在校领导的大力支持下本次活动获得了圆满成功。
本次活动分为上午的演讲比赛和下午的歌唱比赛，首次采用全日制赛程，精彩非凡，选手的优异表现更是一次次把气氛推向高潮。
参赛的共计40名选手都取得了不错的成绩，这次大赛不仅增强了我们独立院校之间的合作，更是一次英语教学成果交流和检验，意义非凡。

一、活动主题

提高大学生们的口语的水平，提供一个可以展现自我、激励他人的舞台，并且加强在校大学生的竞争意识。

七、活动流程：
决赛分为三个部分--演讲、回答评委提问和才艺展示。演讲是限时为三分钟的定题演讲，选手需围绕主题事先写好演讲稿进行脱稿演讲。最后选手进行才艺展示，才艺形式不限，但是时间必须在五分钟之内。
1)工作人员入场进行比赛前的准备活动（包括比赛场地的布置，背景的布置等）
2)观众和嘉宾入场,评委入席,选手就位;
3)主持人介绍到场嘉宾、选手,介绍此次活动的主要目的和宣读比赛规则等事宜后正式宣布比赛开始;
4)正式进行比赛；
5)评奖，主持人宣布获奖名单由嘉宾进行颁奖，比赛结束，嘉宾做最后的总结陈词；
6)参赛选手及获奖选手与嘉宾分别合影;
7)工作人员留场进行清洁
? 评分标准:参赛选手的分数由三部分组成:演讲部分(该部分占总分的60%)回答评委问题（该部分占总分的20%）才艺展示部分(该部分占总分的'20%).

1) 内容:选材内容积极向上,思想文明健康,富有激励性和创造性. (20分)
2) 发音:表达清楚,发音清晰,无明显的错误,声情并茂并有适当的肢体语言.(20分)
