大家好!我演讲的题目是“成功者必备的素质——自信”。
爱迪生说过：“自信是成功的第一秘诀”。自信在学习中十分重要。特别是对于我们这些处于临战状态的学生尤为重要。在学习中，静下心来，能够认真学习、做题;心理积极就能够不断地将压力转化为动力，促进自己的前进。
同样的，信任自己，并不盲目地认为自己是对的，就能够不胡乱猜忌自己已经做出来的答案。这点看似很小，但起到了至关重要的作用。一是考试的时候，你会省下去检查那些自己确信正确的题目的时间，二是考试以后你心里会变得很有底。
其实自信是一种生活态度，是一个成功者必备的素质。相信自己有能力解对题。它所起的作用是将你已有的能力极大地发挥出来，我真切希望所有对自己信心不足和正在丧失信心的同学从中得到启示。
将全部身心投入到学习中来，把自己的智慧潜能发挥到水平，重树信心，挑战自我，赢在高考场上。那些永远不向命运低头、面对挑战永不服输、面对挫折永不气馁的强者，才是真正的顶天立地的__中学学子。
的现代教育学家卡耐基用了一个很浅显的日常生活经历解释了这样一个问题：一个人爬楼梯，分别以六层为目标和以十二层为目标，其疲劳出现的早晚是不一样的。
把目标定在十二层，疲劳状态就会晚出现，当爬到六层时，你的潜意识便会暗示自己：还有一半呢，现在可不能累，于是就鼓起勇气继续向上走。远大的志向是人生的奋斗目标，是前进的动力，是进步的内燃机。
在我们学校，一大批学子走进了北大、清华等知名学府。以骄人的成绩构筑起了灿若星辰的__中学名生群。总结他们成功的经历，很重要的一点就是在高中的起跑线上，他们就已锁定了自己的人生理想，锁定了心中理想的大学，持之以恒地坚持下去。
其实，任何一件事的成功，都伴随着困苦和挫折。高考就是凤凰涅磐，没有炼狱般的经历就不会得以重生，一个人能够经受得了高考的苦，什么苦都能受，在很大程度上这就是一种素质，它会让你终身受益。
迎接高考的复习异常的艰苦，心理压力大，学习时间长，生活节奏快，考不完的试，做不完的题，但是心中只要有一个远大的目标，每天再累也能够适应，就像爬一座高山，只有凭着坚忍不拔的毅力和执着追求，才能登上山顶，只有登顶者才能领略无限的风光。
成功与失败往往是取决于能否坚持住，要有“咬定青山不放松”的决心，坚持就是胜利。
每个人心中都有太多的梦想，谁又知道有多少梦想会实现，又有多少梦想会如期到来!在许多时候，你都必须有足够的信心和耐心去等待。许多的梦想都会在未来的某一天实现的。

亲爱的同学们：
我给大家讲一个关于“希望的种子”的故事。
在列宁格勒市中心，有一个科学研究所。研究所里建有一个巨大的仓库，这里保存各种粮食种子。
1942年，当德国人围住列宁格勒时，这个城市开始上演人间悲剧：成千上万的人开始被饿死，人们想方设法寻找食物。
有些市民不惜穿越德军的封锁线跑到郊外，寻找树皮和已被冰封的湖底的鱼虾。但他们常常有去无回，成为德国纳粹枪弹的牺牲品。
饥饿让人变得疯狂。不少人看上了研究所中的那些粮食种子。这可能是当时列宁格勒城中储备大量粮食的地方。
驻守的军队来了，可是科学家说，这是种子，是苏维埃将来的希望。驻守部队撤退了。
前线浴血奋战的将军也来过，他要求把粮食全部交给军队，但科学家说，这是种子，不能吃掉。将军暴跳如雷，但科学家告诉他：“当我们打退了德国人，农民们可以用这些种子过上幸福的生活。”将军听完，向科学家敬礼，然后带领士兵离开了。
几个月后，人们发现看守仓库的科学家饿死在粮堆旁。列宁格勒的那座粮仓，成为世界粮食的一个奇迹。
战争已经摧毁了一切，但列宁格勒却保住了珍贵的粮食品种。
现在我们不知道那位科学家叫什么名字，但他的那句“希望的种子”的名言，成为列宁格勒这家研究所的代名词。
故事讲到这里，相信很多同学已经被深深地感动了，为饿死在粮堆旁的科学家，为保护着希望、阐释着希望、留下希望的科学家。
是啊!面对至死仍报希望的这样的人，我们除了感动，还能有什么?战争能摧毁一切，却绝对摧毁不了希望。

the young is just like blooming flowers，they are so beautiful when blooming，they make people feel happy，but with time passing by，after they withers ，moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young，we are enthusiastic when we are young，then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.so we must treasure it ，don't let the limitted time pass by ，leaving nothing of significance.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
It’s my great honor to stand here to share my speech with you. Today the topic of my speech is: The Pursuit of Dream.
Now let’s think of our old days as we were students in primary schools. Have you ever remembered that the teachers often ask questions as “what’s your dream?”, or “what are you want to be in the future?” and what’s your answer in that childish and fantastic age? Has anyone of you answered like this: “I want to be a painter”, or “I want to be a scientist”, or “I plan to be a police”?
A few years later, we start our new journey of study in high schools and become mature and practical in our mind. Then, have you ever changed your dreams? If so, what’s it?
But now, I think, most of us become down-to-earth and the dream is more practical than before. However, have you taken actions to pursue your dream? Are you working hard enough to make your dream come true?
As for myself, I have dreamed to be an excellent police in high school due to there are so many thefts in my hometown while they are seldom caught. Sooner I have realized how ridiculous am I and now I turn to realistic: I just want to be a translator.
How do I pursue my dream?
First of all, I try my best to correct the pronunciation and read the textbook or other English magazines such as: English weekly, English salon and the like. I try to do this day by day. Now I have improved my reading ability a lot and it also enlarged my vocabulary.
Secondly, I often do some translating extension and embrace my teacher’s suggestion. It benefits me much.
Last but not the least, I realize my dream by reading Chinese literature. Maybe you will say it’s what the Chinese major students should do. If you say so, you are badly wrong. For as an English major student, how can you know others well if you even don’t familiar with your country? On the other hand, it also benefits me in translation and writing.
In a word, I have already working in my dream. What about you?

Lost time is never found again. This is something which I learned very clearly last semester. I spent so much time fooling around that my grades began to suffer. I finally realized that something had to be done. It was time for a change.
Now I have a new plan for using my time wisely. I have set my alarm clock ahead half an hour. This will give me a head start on the day. I have also decided to keep a log of what I do and when I do it. Looking back on what I ve done will give me some ideas on how to reorganize my time.
