前一阵子参加了一期培训，其间领导为考察学员的口头表达能力、个性、特长等，特意举办了一个三分钟的才艺展现的演讲。由于学员们几乎都是叙述自己的工作态度、工作成绩，稍嫌沉闷，一向_的我决定不走寻常路，以自己的方式完成演讲，纵使我的演讲会不太切合要求。
由于没有底稿，故当时的演讲内容已记得不是很深刻，大意如下。
尊敬的各位领导、各位老师、各位学员，下午好:
我叫__，今年24岁，毕业于__大学新闻系，现任职于__单位。
一直以来，我是个较为叛逆、_的人，不善于常规思维，习惯不走寻常路。这给我的生活、工作带来了不少的帮助，也增添了许多不必要的麻烦。在此，我想对大家说，如果今后因此有什么地方得罪了大家，还请大家多多包涵!因为无论思想、言行怎样叛逆、_，我终究是个普通的人。或许，我就像别人说的:我是个特别的人，又是个平凡的人，所以我是个特别平凡的人。
大家来参加这次培训，根本目的都是为了实现自己的理想。在此我就向大家简单谈一下自己的理想。
曾经，我以为，我的未来不是梦。现在我相信，我的未来的确不是一个梦。我的未来，连梦都没有。呵呵，这当然不是真的，不过却在很大程度上反应了我现在的困境。当理想与现实像撞车一般撞击了若干次之后，现实依旧残忍，理想却已支离破碎。我能做的，就是整理支离破碎的理想，继续坚定地走下去。而当初和我一同上路的人们，此时可能已经像开车一般开着理想跑得很远很远。但不管了，走自己的路，让别人去开车吧!
其实，在人生道路上，每个人都会遭遇很多的困窘，但无论如何，我们都应当为了自己的理想而艰苦奋斗，绝不轻易放弃，何况我们都还年轻。我们应当拥有这样的人生信条:与其窝窝囊囊地活着，不如轰轰烈烈地追求!
末了，把刚刚的这句话修改一下，送给正饱受相思之苦的同胞们:与其窝窝囊囊地暗恋，不如轰轰烈烈地追求!

As you slowly open your eyes, look around, notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air. Yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a bright day! And most importantly, it’s a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new decisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented(空前的) level. In your mind’s eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have, the paces you intend to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and the positions you aspire(励志) to reach. You can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everything happens as you dream. You can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes. You can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, and your blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of your being! You know all this is real as long as you are confident, passionate and committed!(效忠的) And you are confident, you are passionate, you are committed! You will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial expressions, using your body in new ways, approaching new people, and asking new questions. You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take. You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. You will never succumb(屈服,屈从) to challenges of hardships. You will never waver(动摇) in your pursuit of excellence. After all, you are the best, and you deserve the best! As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. You must do your part. You must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan; you must never quit and you must never fear. I know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! 学数学，就犹如在捕鱼;会解了一道题，就犹如捕获了一条鱼;从而掌握了一种做题的方法，也就犹如拥有了一张捕鱼的网，再难的题目也能成功突破!因此，能否学好数学，区别就在于你是拥有了一条鱼，还是得到了一张网;是解答了一道题，还是拥有了一把开启数学之门的金钥匙!
其实，学数学并不难，主要在于你是否能做到善于实践，善于动脑。俗话说：“实践出真知”。在日常生活中，我们要多多观察、多多发现，那么，你就会知道数学就在我们身边。学数学的目的，就是为了能在实际生活中应用，数学是人们用来解决实际问题的，比如说：上街买东西自然要用到加减法;建造房屋自然要用到几何;看时间自然要用到24时计时法……类似这样的问题数不胜数，这些知识就是从生活中产生的，最后被人们归纳成数学知识，解决了更多的实际问题。现在，我有意识地把数学和日常生活联系起来。发现了许多有关数学的奥秘与乐趣。有一次，妈妈烙饼，每次锅里只能放两个饼。我就想，烙一张饼要用两分钟，正、反面各用一分钟，锅里最多同时放两个烙饼，烙三张饼最少要用几分钟呢?回到书房，我算了算，得出了结论：要用3分钟：先把第一张、第二张和第三张饼同时放进锅内。1分钟过后，取出第一张饼，放入第三张饼，把第二张饼翻面;再烙1分钟，这样第二张饼就烙好了，取出来。然后放第一张饼的反面，同时把第三张饼翻过来，这样3分钟就全部搞定。我把我的想法告诉了妈妈，果然就节省了好多时间。“时间就是生命”!原来学习数学，还有一个节约时间的好处呀!深奥，太深奥了!
数学就应该在生活中学习。它与生活是密不可分，学深了、学透了，自然会发现，其实数学很有用处。数学中的几何图形也很有趣，尤其是几何图形中的最怪的“圆”。计算圆的面积的公式是S=∏r2，因为半径不同，所以圆的面积就不相同。例如：一个半径为9厘米的圆与一个半径为5厘米的圆，面积相等吗?我们先用面积公式把两个圆的面积求出来，分别是254。34平方厘米和78。5平方厘米。两个圆的半径不一样，所以两个圆的面积也不一样。如果半径长，那么面积就大;如果半径短，那么面积就小!有了这个规律，以后做题就有保障喽!
数学，就像一座高峰，直插云霄，刚刚开始攀登时，感觉很轻松，但我们爬得越高，山峰就变得越陡，让人感到恐惧。这时候，只有真正喜爱数学的人才会有勇气继续攀登下去，所以，站在数学的高峰上的人都是发自内心喜欢数学的。记住，站在峰脚的人是永远也望不到峰顶的!爱数学，才能学好数学!

i’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! to begin with ,i want to ask a question .does everybody dream a good dream last night? actually ,today i want to talk about dream with you. of course, what i want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.
everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. with the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.with the dream, there is hope,with hope, we have the strength to fight.
but i know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .
young!fortunately, i am young now. just due to it, i know that nothing is impossible.i firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. if
i can't realize my dream,it result from that i haven't work harder enough and i won't find other excuses. if no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. if you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"my breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." at some time in the past i also had am bitious words and i had some achievements. each achievement results from my hard work. i always believe that "if you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."
in some extent, the dream is the hope. if you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.
hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. so my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. let's--- move ----out!
