亲爱的老师们、同学们：
大家下午好！
不想当班长的学生不是好学生。因为我姐从小学到初三一直担任班长一职，所以我也想要当班长，并且争取超过她。我以前一直担任班长到现在，希望大家信任我，让我继续当下去。
我呢，有助人为乐的品质，并且在班里有一定威望。虽然我是班长，但是我比包青天包大人还要公平公正，每次有什么活动，我就像雷达扫描仪一样扫描全班，把每个人的优点挖掘出来，班里有一些同学个子低，擦黑板够不到，我就挺身而出，帮他擦一擦。每天早上七点半我都会准时带领大家早读。
我们班语文综合成绩一直不太理想，而且分数两级分化比较严重。年级前十大多在我们班，可是，年级倒数五名也一定在我们班。所以，对于这些成绩不太理想的学生，我都会认真辅导他们，尽力而为，倾囊相授。
我们班的室内卫生，是小组轮流来打扫的。因为组里有些同学离家太远，没法早到，我便经常一个人把教室打扫的干干净净。我自己呢，也知道打扫卫生很不容易，从来没有扔到地上一张纸，并且见到纸屑就立刻弯腰捡起来。
我平时上课认真听讲，下课也不大吵大闹，对班里其他同学的要求也是如此。在班级管理方面，我会采用重奖轻罚的方法，让大家遵守规则。每周五的班会，为了给大家减压，我会尽量让大家自由活动、表演节目，或者观看电影。
