大家好！
我是XX.我认为有句话说得好：“不想当将军的士兵就不是个好士兵。”
在此我就套用一下：“不想当班长的学生就不是个好学生。”因为所谓“班长”，是“一班之长”，首先要给全班同学作出一个榜样，要处处以身作则.其次，要管理班级和同学，要为大众服务。
我认为我有能力做好班长，首先，我觉得我的成绩大体上不错，有资格成为同学们学习方面的榜样，不过仍有不少缺点，但我会尽力改正。其次，我小学时从四年级开始到值周生，在管理班级上多多少少有一些经验，不过也有一些做得不够好之处，对于我工作上的弱点我也会尽量克服。
最后，也是最重要的一条，我有信心当好我们班的班长。 虽说我以前并没有当过班长，但我觉得有经验是因为有了机会，没有人是天生的班长。
我希望大家能给我这么一个机会。 我一定会利用这次机会好好表现自己的才能，把自己最优秀的一面展现给大家. 如果我当上了班长，我会更加严格要求自己，让自己做得更好，成为大家的榜样，也让我们班更好，成为全年级的佼佼者。
