尊敬的老师们,亲爱的同学们：

大家好!

今天，我竞选的职位仍然是大队委。大队委在我眼里，是一个神圣的职位，是一个协助老师、帮助同学的职位。在一年前，我试图成为大队委，但是，令我吃惊的是，我只有一票!那一刻，我心里的彩虹不见了，只有满天的乌云。我不曾怨恨过你们，但是我的脸上挂满了泪水。今天我再次鼓起勇气，再次站在这里。请大家不要吝啬你们的掌声，为我鼓掌!

有的同学说：“大队委容易得罪人，人缘不好。”但友情，需要原则去呵护，需要提醒来滋润。当朋友做得不好时，善意的提醒，会一语惊醒梦中人，让朋友走上进步之路;有原则，朋友的学习也会突飞猛进，这也是帮助同学呀。

有的同学说：“大队为工作忙，没时间玩耍。”但宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自寒苦来，不经历风雨，怎么见彩虹?虽然牺牲了休息时间，但让自己积累了工作经验，也未别是坏事。为大家服务，也是我乐意的事情啊。

有的同学说：“大队为的成绩一但下滑，就会成为同学们的笑柄。”但我不会让学习下滑，反而要步步高升，成为同学们的榜样。

请大家给我一次展现自我的机会。如果可以的话，我会抓住这次机会，证明我的实力!有苦难，克服他;被击倒，站起来!我会将泪深埋在我的心里，实在忍不住，就哭出来吧!哭一次就成长一次，人生本就不完美，但我们就要追求完美。

Jining is the birthplace of Confucius, Mencius, Yan Hui, Zeng Shen and Zisi， With the Great Canal passing by; it’s called the Holy Land in the East, and the kingdom of manners.

You could find the trace of the saint in the Confucius Temple, Confucian Family Residence and Confucian Cemetery.
