My name is XX, and we are pleased to be able to discuss the pursuit of excellence, dedication youth, this topic, I am going to talk about today is "willing to sacrifice, the fire ignited youth."
Let the fire burn eternal youth, so that life lightning across the horizon, with all the enthusiasm in exchange for time, there is no end to the dream of youth! 大家好！首先，我非常感谢各位领导给了我这次机会，也非常感谢同事们对我的鼓励和支持。我今天演讲的题目是“青春需要拼搏”。
秋风送爽、丹桂飘香，当硕果挂满枝头、当田野遍地金黄、当小草落满秋霜，我们也即将迎来中华民族的传统节日——中秋佳节。又是一年佳节到，弹指一挥间，来到这个岗位已有一年多的时间。短暂而充实的工作，使我深深认识到，不经历风雨，长不成大树；不经受磨炼，难以炼成钢铁。在思想宣传的大熔炉中，在文化理论的广阔天地里，青春只有拼搏才能熊熊燃烧。
在这里工作，不仅仅是一种荣誉，更重要的是一种使命，一种责任。建设实力东平、活力东平、魅力东平的号召如同一声响亮的春雷，震撼了每个宣传工作者的心灵，也吹响了催人奋进的号角；实现经济又好又快发展的目标好似一盏闪亮的明灯，为我们照亮前行的方向，也让东平步入了一个新的开端。站在新起点，建设新东平，我们该怎么办？宣传就是生产力。紧紧围绕县委、县政府的中心工作做好宣传，让外界了解东平，我们重任在肩。当好县委、县政府的喉舌，服务全县经济又好又快发展，我们甘心情愿。
“雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越”！在千帆竞发、百舸争流的今天，东平的历史又翻开了新的一页，新的机遇带来新的商机，新的思路开辟新的航向，新的战略促进新的发展，一个崭新的东平呈现于世人的面前。面对这新的机遇，新的起点，新的征程，我们宣传工作者都以饱满、积极、向上的精神状态接受了考验。对全县工作上的亮点，行业里的辉煌，群众中的典范，我们都第一时间做了宣传，又亲赴工作第一线，用我们的智慧和热情记录下了和谐东平发生的翻天覆地的变迁。
回首漫漫宣传路，有着太多的辛酸，更收获了醉人的甘甜，但累累的硕果已属于昨日的秋季。东平的前程繁花烂漫，我们的使命也任重道远。我们应淡泊功利，把喜悦写进回忆，继续踏上新的征程，奉献人民，服务全县。有人说，青春是一张拉满的弓，时刻要绷紧那根弦，用自己的真诚与敬业，去追求百分百的～。青春的价值在于奉献，青春的真谛在于奋斗，青春的魅力在拼搏中芬芳怡然。宣传工作者都有一个开放的思想、年轻的心态，为使青春永驻，他们正以抢抓机遇、敢为人先的胆识和时不我待、只争朝夕的精神工作着，奋斗着，奉献着。这种良好的思想品质，也深深地影响着我，激励着我，鼓舞着我。我为在宣传部工作而自豪，为这个团结奉献的集体而骄傲，为能给这样的领导服务而光荣！

大家好，我是152班的李萌。今天我演讲的题目是“走在青春路上”，希望和大家共勉青春，放飞梦想。
徘徊在十六岁雨季的门前，仰望着十八岁花季的灿烂。也许是过生日的那一刻，我们突然发现，自己已悄然踏上了青春的道路。梦想在发芽，独立的思想在生长，我们走在青春路上，蓬勃向上。
青春路什么最重要？我觉得是梦想.。那是一种精神动力，是我们前进的忠实伴侣。有梦想不一定赢，但没有梦想一定会输。美国总统罗斯福年轻时想在电讯行业找一份工作，便去面试。接待他的老板问他想做什么，他答道“随便”。结果，老板非常严厉的说：“我们这里没有叫随便的工作，没有目标怎会做得成功!”对啊，敢梦会想，青春飞扬；追梦理想，成功前方。我们一定要做那个青春人，梦想人，让自己的青春不虚度，让自己的梦想不后悔。
有了梦，就要有脚步。我们经常把自己的梦想贴在桌子上，可你是不是坚持了两天就放弃了呢？墙上的风景永远不会变成现实的繁花似锦，而低着头，用坚定而真实的脚步去丈量梦想的路，梦里能到的地方，终有一天，现实的脚步也会到达。
青春经得起磨砺，却经不起蹉跎。假设70岁，除去不懂事的孩提及垂垂老矣的时段，只剩50年，再除去干活、打工、劳碌，只剩30年，还得除去睡觉、吃饭、娱乐，最多只有10年的时间奋斗，满打满算也就三千多天„„朋友们，这么宝贵的十年，你敢浪费吗？所以，不要在拖延了，不要在看着时光把梦想摩擦成幻影。现在开始吧，我们一起努力，一起珍惜时间，一起加油。
既然选择出发，就要坚持；既然坚持，就要乐观。在路上，几多泥泞；在路上，几重花开。胜不骄，败不馁，精彩永远在下一段征途。做一株向日葵吧，迎着阳光努力的生长，卑微而倔强，自信而向上，做自己，昂扬绽放。
朋友们，燃起心中的梦想之火吧，趁着我们还有热血，趁着青春的时光还未逝去，用梦想去点缀人生吧，单单是追求的那个过程，各种经历就是一种财富，就足以让我迷醉！

Hello, everybody! My name is, I come from. Today, I am very glad to stand here and share with you my most sincere speech‘Flying youth, master our future!’
Life is a process of growing up. Saying goodbye to childhood, we step into another important time of life‘the youth’.However, who can really say what the youth is ? A period of time? A belief? An attitude to life? Or anything else? We don’t know.
A famous poet said ‘ youth is a lovely song ,where nothing is impossible ; youth is a meaningful book, you’ll be never bored of it ;youth is a rapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night ;youth is a cup of tea ,it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life. ’
As youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it .Don’t let the limited time pass by, leaving nothing of significance to our future. Actually, youth has a lot to do with our future. It’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. So, what should we do? Here ,I’ll point out some tips to help equip ourselves
First of all, recognize the direction of your future. In other word, think of what you’d like to be some day. A teacher ? A doctor ? A writer? Don’t afraid of thinking big and great .Since you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future
What’s more , never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books and travel around. For one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it’ll broaden your horizon.
Last but not the least , stick to your dream. It easier said than done. After all, future is not all roses. So, we should have enough courage and determination to overcome all the difficulties.
I firmly believe one sentence that‘If you think you can, of course you can!’Just believe we can make it! Keep on walking towards our dream. Flying youth ,master our future. From today, from now on ,from Du ping Middle School ! Ready ?

Youth means a tempera-mental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.
Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spring back to dust.
