青春是人生一道洒满阳光的风景，是一首用热情和智慧唱响的赞歌。
人世间有许多东西失去了还可以得到，惟有青春，对任何人来说都属于“一次性消费”，而且是易耗性消费，所谓“人生易老”，所谓“如白驹之过隙”，所谓“高堂明镜悲白发，朝如青丝暮成雪”，说的就是它。
青春，既是一个极具诱惑力的话题，又是一种感觉。这种感觉，有时是无限美好的生活的滋味，平平淡淡中的一种温馨的享受，有时又是一份静静的逍遥，有时是一份思念的遐想，有时是一个甜甜的无边无际的憧憬。于是，诗情画意的梦，天真纯洁的幻想、无忧无虑的日子，就这样自自然然地汇集成一个灿烂的青春季节。
也许平淡无奇的世界使你感到孤寂和落寞，周而复始的生活节拍让你备尝烦躁和无聊。但蓦然之间，你发现在天蓝风轻的春光中，一切都像是透明的，而感到一种超然的力量在心底滋生;也许你为时光的悄然流逝而感到无助与无奈，可当你沉浸于茫茫书海，真实地度过青春的每一分钟，你就会觉青春的生命在静静延伸。
生命易老，时光飞逝，无论失败或是成功，它总是青春的痕迹。我们拥有青春，就如朝阳永远向上;我们拥有青春，就如山溪不羁奔流;我们拥有青春，就如幼蚕破茧而出„„
拥有青春，就应该拥有春的幢憬、夏的蓬勃、秋的浪漫、冬的深刻。年青的朋友，让我们高举爱国的旗帜，继承前人开创的事业，在改革开放的强国富民之路上高歌猛进;让我们的青春之火，在21世纪的挑战中闪光;让我们的拳拳爱国之心，在共创祖国辉煌的征程中闪耀夺目的光彩!

尊敬的各位领导，各位评委：
大家好!
有这样一个问题常在我的脑海里萦回：是什么力量使董存瑞在青春年华之际却要牺牲自己舍身炸碉堡?是什么力量使焦裕禄在身患重病时仍要呕心沥血坚持工作?是什么给了他们如此大的勇气、如此大的毅力?我在寻觅、在思索，终于找到了答案。那就是责任的力量，那么责任是什么?责任的力量有多大?我们的责任又是什么呢?我想这应该是我们当代青年讨论最多的话题之一。而今天我要给大家>演讲的题目就是“让责任点亮青春”。
古往今来，多少仁人志士为了“责任”二字，用青春、用热血、用生命去奋斗、去履行、去捍卫。在人类历史的长河中流下了千古不朽的篇章。文天祥誓死不屈，零丁洋上“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”的悲壮令多少人为之景仰;范仲淹居安思危“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”的高远让无数后来人为之赞赏;雷锋同志“把有限的生命投入到无限的为人民服务中去”的志向是我们至今学习的榜样„„。每当想起他们，我的心中无时不感受到责任力量的伟大。
有道是“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”，现实生活中我们不也崇尚这样的责任吗?我们生活在这个大千世界里，不同的工作，不同的岗位，赋予了我们不同的责任。我是粮食战线上的普通一员，保管好国储库的每一粒粮食就是我的责任。这样的责任，虽然没有边防战士保家卫国那样壮美，也没有辛勤园丁桃李满天下的欣慰，但在这平凡的岗位上，我一样会把辛勤的劳动奉献，一样要把自己的责任履行!
记得我刚步入工作岗位，成了一名××。那时我只知道××就是„„。心里觉得那有何难?可是当我面对那满垛、满仓的粮食，看到同志们灰头土脸，挥汗如雨时，我才真正感到要想成为一名合格的××多么的不容易。还记得第一次进仓打扫卫生，当时那栋仓的粮食刚装满，我们都换好了衣服，把自己全面武装起来，我低着头，小心翼翼地爬到最高的那一层，心里抱怨着，这么多灰尘，又这么高，该怎么干?只听见有位老同志说：我们一排一排的扫，这样不乱。
大伙个个都干的热火朝天，不知过了多长时间，把我累得眼冒金星，手发抖，但是就在这样的情况下，没有一个人说苦说累，直到扫完最后一层，才听见有人说：“大家到外面透透气吧!”我拍了拍身上的土，把口罩帽子摘下来，坐在花池边，当时心里不知道哪来的那么多的委屈，擦擦脸上的土，我哭了„„。我真正体会到了要想成为一名合格的保管员要付出多大的艰辛和汗水，不但要有吃苦耐劳，不怕脏，不怕累的精神，还要有扎实工作，一心为公的作风，爱岗敬业的职业道德。
在短短的几年内，我和老同志们一同走过了春天，走过了四季，走过了风风雨雨的每一天。在领导的关怀和同志们的帮助下，我学会了不少的业务知识，最重要的就是我深刻认识到一个保管员的责任!
我知道，要使每一粒粮食从入库时的优质到安全顺利地被调走，这一过程要每一位××付出多大的艰辛和汗水，查粮情，搞卫生，看似简单的工作却肩负着重重的责任。“宁流千滴汗，不坏一粒粮”这不仅仅是我们对劳动人民的尊重，更是对国家财产的保护，也是我们每一位保管员应该具有的一种责任心。对于这重于泰山的责任，在工作中，我将以“维护国家粮食安全”为我的工作宗旨，将“确保粮食质量完好”为我的工作目标，将“严格制度，严格管理，严格责任”定为自己的工作要求，进一步完善自己。
朋友们，我们作为粮食战线上的年青一代，从老一辈
辈的粮食工作者的手中接过了建设中储粮管理事业的重担。我们要有一种如饥似渴、只争朝夕的精神，滴水穿石、磨杵成针的毅力，永不满足，攀登不止的追求，我相信，只要大家共同努力，我们的储备粮管理事业，就会有更加灿烂的明天。我们平凡的生命也只有在履行责任的奉献中才能得到升华与完善。
朋友们，让我们携起手来，用自己的双手去描绘中储粮事业更加美好的明天，用我们的青春与热血去迎接新世纪的挑战，让责任点亮我们的青春!

尊敬的各位评委，在座的各位观众你们好!今天我>演讲的题目是青春的誓言!
作为新一代的我们理想是丰满的，我们对未来充满激情，但是我们却不得不承认，现实是骨感的!因为青春不仅仅需要激情，同时也需要一颗求实进取的心!每一个人都有自己的梦想，然而梦想总是离现实相隔万里。有些人梦想成为教书育人的人民教师，有些人梦想成为救死扶伤的白衣天使，有的人梦想成为保家卫国的人民子弟兵，有的人梦想成为人类社会发展的工程师„„不管是教师也好，医生、战士还是工程师，只要对国家、对社会奉献了自己的价值，他们都有同一个美丽的名字，叫做“人类绿色灵魂工程师”青春是我们现在所拥有的最宝贵的财富，我们的生活应该充满激情!青春，充满了梦想，然而我们的生活中有许许多多的无奈，当我们经历了越来越多的坎坷，我们是否会对未来产生一丝迷茫，我相信答案是肯定的!但是这并不是我们可以失败的理由，也绝不是我们就此沉沦的原因，青春应该充满朝气，记得奥斯特洛夫斯基的中有这么一段话：“生活赋予我们一种巨大的和无限高贵的礼品，这就是青春：充满着力量，充满着期待，充满着求知和斗争的志向，充满着希望和信心的青春!”的确如此。
青：是绿色，是生命的颜色，春，是季节，是成长的季节，青春是人生最美好的季节，青春是人生最铿锵的篇章，青春是摧枯拉朽的豪情，青春是旭日东升力量，青春的我们意气风发，青春的我们敢为人先，青春的我们斗志昂扬!
少年兴则国兴，小年强则国强!此时的我们正当年少，正如一柄刚刚出炉的刀，容不得版刻的等待遇迟疑，否则只会在似水的岁月中慢慢氧化失去光泽，随即斑驳、锈蚀、风化，最后成为一块废铁!有人说，19世纪是英国人的世纪，20世纪是美国人的世纪，而21世纪，就是我们中国人的世纪，中国经过几十年来的艰苦建设，已取得了“乘长风，破万里浪”的迅猛发展，但我们不要忘记，我们仍然是个发展中的国家，还有许许多多地方有待完善和发展，要想国家富强，就必须努力，而希望就寄予在我们这一代人身上.有一句俗语说，能登上金字塔的生物只有两种：鹰和蜗牛.虽然我们不能人人都像雄鹰一样一飞冲天，但我们至少可以像蜗牛那样凭着自己的耐力默默前行。

different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.

my great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher....
As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.
I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life.
