梦想+努力+坚持=成功。
这就是我一直以来所坚信的。一个人如果没有梦想，就像一栋房子没有支柱，一个人没有灵魂一样。当你有梦想时，去努力，去坚持，去超越。
坚持，就是做的比别人要多。因为如果你做的没有别人的多，那么你的梦想就离你越来越远。所以你要不断的努力坚持才行。
努力，坚持。是到达胜利彼岸的船和帆;是它们带领我们看到胜利，创造奇迹。
老子有云："天下柔弱莫过于水，而攻坚强者莫之能胜，其无以易之，弱之胜强，柔之胜刚，天下莫不知。''意思就是水看似软弱无力，其实坚不可摧，水是无孔不入，能滴水穿石的。
滴水穿石不是一会儿就成功的而是靠长久以来的坚持所成功的。俗话说的好：坚持就是胜利。只有坚持才能取得胜利。
光有梦想和坚持是不行的。不能只看到眼前的这一点成就，应该把成功的目标放的更远，但不能定的太过于虚无缥缈。那样你将会在大海中迷失方向，再也驶不向胜利的彼岸，而则进入无尽的深渊。
林清云说过;"人生的路上，并不是你在哪里放一个门框哪里就是唯一的出口，你可以向左或向右转个边，去寻找生命的出口。''
没错，人生的突破口不止，只有不断探索，不断努力，你会发现你有许多的道路可走。但这需要你选择，选择那条最适合你，也是你最喜欢的那条人生道路。并努力坚持将它走到底，那样你才是最终的赢家，胜利也将属于你。
有了梦想后，需要你努力和不断的坚持，你会发现胜利其实离你并不远。爱因斯坦曾说过："天才是由99%的努力+1%的天赋而成的。''
只要我们不断努力，就将会成功。所以梦想+努力+坚持一定等于成功。

I have a dream
Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .
When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put athlete.The training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age.To be an athlete is my most correct choice.But,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream .It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.
I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.
I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.
I have a dream that one day ,I can stand on the highest place at the olympic games.With all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that I'm so proud to be a Chinese athlete!
This is my hope .This is the faith that I continue my steps with!!!

My great pleasure to share my dream with you today. My dream is to become a teacher. However, when I see their eyes, especially the hungry eyes, I know there is something that I can do to change their situation..
I dream that one day, more and more people will take part in the public service activities and try their best to help the poor students. Because we are a big family, only when we do it, our society will be much more harmony.

I dream that one day, when the students get up in the morning,, there should be a light flash in their eyes, with greeting the dawn’s first ray of sunshine instead of worrying about the books even the power and dinner.
I dream that one day, there will be more volunteers participant it and to be a teacher. As the saying goes, teach him to fish than give him fish. Bacon once said, knowledge is power. For poor student is exactly correct.. At present, education is fair in some certain degree whether you believe it or not. They just can change their lives by the means of learning, working, improving and leaping. So teacher is bad indeed.
