一、参赛学生的范围
我院09级 10级全体全日制本科学生
二、参赛时间地点安排
1、报名时间：20xx年3月21日――20xx年3月23日
2、参赛时间：20xx年3月31日晚7点
3、参赛地点：另行通知
三、比赛环节、形式：
1、命题演讲。
主题：1.This is a(n) ___ age.（这是一个时代）
题目：选手根据演讲主题自行拟定演讲题目
时间为3分钟，正负30秒。
2、回答问题。评委根据选手的命题演讲内容提问后，选手马上回答。
3、即兴演讲。选手在比赛前3分钟由比赛组织者发给选手即兴演讲题目，时间为2分钟，正负15秒。
