尊敬的各位领导，各位老师：
大家好！
今天，我有幸参加这次教师演讲，把这次就职演讲当成自己又一次学习、锻炼、提高的机会。首先真诚地感谢各位领导和同事们长期以来对我工作上的关心、帮助和支持。今天仍然希望能够得到大家的支持和肯定。
虽然我只是一名普通的幼儿教师，但是无论自己站在什么工作岗位，我都会以身作则，认真做好自己的工作，在工作中经常换位思考，相互理解，体谅，时时处处为他人着想。一切以工作为重，努力营造一个宽松、愉快的工作环境，促进孩子的健康成长。
一个孩子就是一个世界，孩子们的世界是缤纷多彩的，这就需要我们有一双敏锐的眼睛，去洞察孩子的心灵。要善于发现孩子学习和生活中存在的问题，抓住每一个教育机会，对孩子施加积极的影响，做孩子们最亲最近的人；了解每一个孩子的特点，因材施教，积极发现闪光点，使幼儿得到更大程度的发展。作为一名幼儿教师，要积极参加幼儿园组织的各项政治学习，努力完善自己，努力提高自己的理论水平和业务能力。
与此同时，多与家长沟通，尽量站在家长的角度去看问题，要让家长体验到老师对孩子的帮助是建立在爱孩子的基础上，言谈举止之间流露出的是对孩子的关爱，这样的交谈方式会让家长更加容易接受。
我深信：在实践中学习，在磨练中成长，只有勇往直前，才会成功！我年轻，我不怕失败，失败中汲取的是经验而不是气馁；我不怕吃苦，苦尽总会是甘来；我不怕付出，付出之后得到的总会是收获。

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
今天我能站在这台子上，就是为了竞选。
我的胆子很小，不敢说什么大话，请大家支持我当一次班长吧！我是从小学读到现在一次也没有当过班长，请让我好好当一次吧。我知道当一名真正的班长是很为难的，是很辛苦的，当一名出色的班长，要多做好多的事啊！我知道，我在上一二年级的时候，老师为什么不选我当班长，是因为我没有责任心，我也知道当一名班长，是要先管好自己，才能去管别人。
我知道，当一名班长，每天早上八点至八点二十，都得管理好班里的早读纪律和卫生，而且每一节课下课，也得检查卫生，还得看桌子有没有对齐，搬没搬正，班里有什么事情还一定有第一时间向班主任老师报告。
同学们，相信我，我如果我当上了本班的班长，我一定为班内同学服好务。

it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.
those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. in the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.
we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

尊敬的教师和亲爱的同学们：大家早上好！
又是一个充满希望的清晨，又是崭新的一天，我们又开始了新的一天的生活，我们一如既往地在课本中翱翔在题海中穿梭，同时也一如既往地与公共财物接触着，我们天天都在利用它们，却以一种不友好的方式“回报”着它们，看看教室里那天蓝色的窗帘上是否是比本来多了些印象派绘画？不用说，这些都是我们的杰作，有的同学吃过饭，不管手上沾的是水还是油，洗都不洗，掀起窗帘就擦，直到以为自己的手干净为止，手是干净了，可看看可怜的窗帘，我们又于心何忍？
再看看教室里的桌凳，有几个是完好无损的？又有哪些不遍体鳞伤？天天支持着同学们厚重的书本和不太小的身躯，还要承受主人心境不好时的一通宣泄。天天默默无闻地为我们奉献着自我，不光没有得到任何回报，还遭受严重侵害。这些现象都是我们习以为常的，或许我们实在不太留意这些看似微小的细节，可是，人的品质不正是从这点点滴滴的行为和细节中体现出来的吗？我们对某个人下评论时，不也是从他的行为谈起吗？
同学们，爱惜公物，不只是停留在口头上，不只是一句标语，更应当付诸行动。就让我们从此刻开始，从我做起，从点滴做起，共同创立一个美丽的学校，为我们创造完美的第二个家，希望在这条爱惜公物的路上，有你，有我，也有他！
