on my birthday two years ago, many special things happened on me. and i would
remember them forever.
that morning, i rode my bike to school happily as usual. on my way to the
classroom, i saw some of my classmates. but when they saw me, they rushed away. that made me confused. because they would talk to me or play jokes on me before. but it was strange today.
when i came into the classroom, i found the atmosphere was quite strange.
everybody looked at me and laughed loudly. suddenly they all said in good order,“happy birthday to you!” then they began to sing “happy birthday to you~~~~~~” that made me moved. i never told anyone about my birthday, how did they know? i believed they must have done a lot of things. at that moment, i found nothing to say but thanks instead!
after school, a thing coming as a surprise happened on me on my way back home. when i was riding suddenly a crowed of people rushed out to stopped my bike.i recogized them at once. they were my senior classmates. they all comlained to me,“why don't you tell us about your birthday? don't you fear that we will let you stand treat? this time you owe us.” then each of them gave a gift and a card with best wishes to me. i was deeply moved again. i suggested having a dinner together. but they all refused because of the time. then they left me saying we would ask you to pay us another day!
when i got back home, i thought of everything happened today. suddenly i felt so happy because i had such great friends around me. i thanked them from the bottom of my heart. i would value the precious friendship forever!
i have so many feelings through that special day. the only rose without thorns in the world is friendship. a true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget. one friend in a lifetime is much, two are many, three are hardly possible. stick to make friends, forlife without friends is like life on a desert island. to find one real friend in a lifetime is good fortune, to keep him is a blessing.

Good afternoon everybody! It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you。 Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”。 I do not just have one dream， in fact， I have three。 They are: a healthy life， a happy family and to travel my great country。
I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have。 They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy。 More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life。 Perhaps that makes them mon， but they live a happy life。 My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long， only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”。 I want to live a long， healthy and happy life just as they have。
Since my graduation from primary school， until now， every time on my birthday I make the same wish。 I wish my parents will not fight anymore。 I am not plaining that they gave me a bad childhood， they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me。 They do! They love me with all their heart。 I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well。
I want to travel this great country of ours。 I want to see the beauty of our country。 I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west， from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream， that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible， seeing my country on my own is good enough also。 If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life， then God can take me away。 I would be happy， and l would have lived a full and prosperous life。

delicacies are tasty, but eating everyday can still make one lose appetite.happiness is what everyone longs for, but too much happiness can spoil peoplewho may not care about the happiness they already have. it's universal to livein happiness without knowing it. the same is true with love. very few people canlove the same person passionately all their lives. all love stories come to anend no matter how beautiful they are, which also demonstrate the changeabilityof love. what one has been chasing wildly may turn into something one wants toget rid of desperately in the end. besides, love is usually blind, especiallythose who fall in love at the first sight. at the very beginning, both try todemonstrate their beautiful side and cover up their weakness. fooled by themysterious color of love, one often mistakes the weaknesses as merits. however,as time passes by, frequent contacts make one bored, and even merits becomedefects, and then the end of love is coming. what's more, there are thecapricious men and women who never take love seriously, leaving the devoted onessuffering alone. the saying that the devoted is always abandoned by theheartless has almost become the truth of love affairs. what we can't neglect isthat love may turn into hatred, and lovers may also become enemies. the bestproof is the numerous divorces.
even though true love is hard to find nowadays, we still can see some trueand infatuated boys and girls who readily give up their families, their parents,their studies, their careers and even their lives for love. they love sopassionately, crazily and wildly that they hate anyone who is against theirlove, and may even harm or kill him if he insists on his objection.
