大家好！这天我演讲的题目是――态度决定一切。
“学习成就事业，知识创造未来”。在机关开展的学习活动中，我认真阅读和学习了《态度决定一切》这本书，体会很深。
在工作面前，态度决定一切。没有不重要的工作，只有不重视工作的人。不一样的态度，成就不一样的人生，有什么样的态度就会产生什么样的行为，从而决定不一样的结果。
有这样一个小故事：三个工人在砌一堵墙。有人过来问他们：“你们在干什么？”
第一个人抬头苦笑着说：”没看见吗？砌墙！我正在搬运着那些重得要命的石块呢。这可真是累人啊。
第二个人抬头苦笑着说：“我们在盖一栋高楼。但是这份工作可真是不简单啊。
第三个人满面笑容开心地说：”我们正在建设一座新城市。我们此刻所盖的这幢大楼未来将成为城市的标致性建筑之一啊！想想能够参与这样一个工程，真是令人兴奋。”

虽然成功是由多种因素制约的，但态度是首要解决的问题。有人在做过万人次以上的调查后发现了态度和成功的一些规律：
成功的第一大类要素与他们的态度有着直接的关联，如用心、主动、果断、毅立、奉献、乐观、信心、雄心、恒心、决心、爱心、职责心等这样因素大概占80%左右；
第二类要素，属于后天修炼所得，叫“技巧”，如善于处理人际关联、口才好、有远见、创造力强、技术好、工作潜质强，这类要素大概占13%左右；
第三类属于客观要素，如运气、机遇、环境、长相、天赋等，这类要素大概占7%左右；同时，还归纳了这三者的关联：
第一，态度与技巧是因果关联。
第二，成功需要持续的好运气。
因此，我们做任何事情，成败的关键在于我们做事的态度，关键在于我们是直面困难、解决困难，还是回避困难、在困难面前放下。这是一个态度问题。
在实际的生活当中，我们常听到这样的抱怨：“工作很累，钱挣的很少”，“做同样的工作，为什么他挣的比我多呢？”，“领导为什么只重视他，委以他重任呢？”诚然，这样的状况实际中确实存在。带着情绪工作，肯定不会有出的表现。试想，左手边站着一个态度积极向上、右手边站一个灰心丧气、凡事都摇头的员工，领导会做出什么样的选取？
