1t’s a great pleasure for me to be today and share my experience of learning English with you.I'm interested in English and hope to be an interpreter in the future.Naturally lt’s very important for me to learn English well .As everybody knows vocabular is an important part of language, just like bricksin a building .I usually memorize twenty new words a day and put them to use whenever possible . After class.I often listen to English programs on TV and on the radio .Besides ,I've learned a lot from the Internet and other sources.

大家下午好!古希腊哲学家苏格拉底曾经说过:“世界上最快乐的事,莫过于为理想而奋斗。”今天我正是为了我的理想而来。我叫xx,原来在xx小学工作,近几年来一直从事小学英语的教学,今年因工作调动,调整到我们xx小学工作,我感到非常的高兴,同时,也非常感谢我们学校领导能给我这样一次展示自我、成就自我的机会。我今天我竞聘的岗位是三、四年级的英语教学。

20xx年我毕业于北华大学外语学院师范英语专业,四年的大学学习让我掌握了扎实的语言功底。作为年轻教师,我从不敢懈怠,坚持利用业余时间学习,提高自身业务水平。通过一年的教学工作,我的教学业务水平得到了很大的提升。今天,我竞聘的是高二年级理科英语教师,之所以竞聘这个岗位,基于以下三点原因:

一、了解并热爱我的学生。

这一届高一学生从入学开始就担任一二班的英语教学工作。在一年的教学实践中,我揣摩着,尝试着,与他们真诚沟通交流着,已经非常熟悉每个学生的性格特点和学习现状,这为教学工作的进一步开展,奠定了坚实的基础。

二、我有扎实的专业知识。

我深知英语学科在学校基本学科教学中的地位和作用,明确英语教师的职小学班主任竞聘责和任务,也明白英语教师所应必备的素质和要求,所以,自工作以来,我始终不忘学习,勤钻研,善思考,多研究,不断丰富提高自己。

三、我有较好的年龄优势。

我正当青春年华,精力旺盛,敬业精神高,能够全身心地投入到自己热爱的教学工作中去。这一点也深受学生喜爱。

为了赶上课改的步伐,我利用课余时间学习了《英语课程标准》,深入了解它的基本理念。其中强调教学要面向全体学生,注重素质教育,特别强调要关注每个学生的情感,激发他们的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心。所以在教学中,我始终以学生为中心,发挥他们的主体作用,采用以学生为中心的教学思路,充分考虑学生的现有基础,兴趣爱好,学习风格等差异。让学生体验和积极参与,建构知识,形成积极的态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。

以上所述情况,是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件,假如我有幸竞聘上岗,这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。

如果我有幸竞聘成功,能担任三四年级英语教师的话,我将从以下方面开展工作。

一是认真贯彻执行党的教育路线、方针、政策和学校的各项决定。

加强学习,积极进取,求真务实,开拓创新,不断提高自己的综合素质、创新能力,用自己的勤奋加智慧,完成好教学任务。使我校的英语教学上一个大的台阶。

二是做一个科研型的教师。

教师的从教之日,正是重新学习之时。新时代要求教师幼儿园班主任竞聘具备的不只是操作技巧,还要有直面新情况、分析新问题、解决新矛盾的本领。进行目标明确、有针对性解决我校的英语教学难题。

三、做一个理念新的教师。

目前,新一轮的基础教育改革早已在我市全面推开,作为新课改的实践者,要在认真学习新课程理念的基础上,结合自己所教的学科,积极探索有效的教学方法。大力改革教学,积极探索实施创新教学模式。把英语知识与学生的生活相结合,为学生创设一个富有生活气息的真实的学习情境,同时注重学生的探究发现,引导学生在学习中学会合作交流,提高学习能力。

四、做一个富有爱心的老师“不爱学生就班主任竞聘报告教不好学生”、“爱学生就要爱每一个学生”。

作为一名教师,要无私地奉献爱,处处播洒爱,使我的学生在爱的激励下,增强自信,勇于创新,不断进取,成长为撑起祖国一片蓝天的栋梁。用质朴的心爱护学生,用诚挚的情感染学生,用精湛的教学艺术熏陶学生,用忘我的工作态度影响学生。

Now we are facing two problems of global warming and a shortage of natural resources, both of which are getting more and more serious day by day. Thus, it is important for us to promote a low-carbon lifestyle.

Low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspect of our life like transportation, traveling, home-heating, and so on. In order to promote a low-carbon life, some plans must be carried out as follows. Firstly, don’t waste any electricity and water. Remember to turn off the lights and water taps unless we use them. Secondly, we had better take the subways or bus to work, so as to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. Thirdly, we should use cloth bags for shopping instead of plastic bags, and use recyclable bowls and chopsticks instead of disposable ones, for it can not only save resources, but also reduce pollution. What’s more, it is of great significance to plant more trees, since trees can balance the carbon dioxide emissions.

In a word, if we live a low-carbon life from now on, we will have a better environment and more resources left for our descendants.

大家上午好!我今天演讲的题目是《借力新课标新高考,培养英语核心素养》。

英语是当今世界广泛使用的语言,是国际交流与合作的重要沟通工具,是思想与文化的重要载体。学习和使用英语对吸取人类优秀文明成果、借鉴外国先进科学技术、传播中华文化、增进中国与其他国家的相互理解具有重要的意义和作用。为了促进英语的高效教学,新课程标准提出英语核心素养的先进理念。

英语学科核心素养是学生在接受相应学段英语课程教育的过程中,逐步形成和提升的适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力,综合表现为四大素养,由语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力组成。就其关系而言,语言能力是基础要素,文化品格是价值取向,思维品质是心智表征,学习能力是发展条件。英语学科核心素养涵盖了知识、能力和态度,四大核心素养相互渗透,融合互动,协调发展,是所有学生应具有的、学以致用的基础性综合素养。

为了更好提高落实新课标,提高学生的核心素养,我结合核心素养的四个方面谈一下自己的体会和建议。

一、探究课程内容,提升语言能力

语言能力是指在社会情境中,以听、说、读、看、写等方式理解和表达意义、意图和情感态度的能力。英语语言能力构成英语学科核心素养的基础,是学生发展文化品格、思维品质和学习能力的依托。英语语言能力的提高有助于学生拓宽文化视野,丰富思维方式,在全球化背景下开展跨文化交流。

教师要深入研读语篇,把握教学核心内容。研读语篇就是读者对语篇的主题、内容、文体结构、语言特点、作者观点等做深入的解读。教师要积极研究如何在教学中落实培养学生学科核心素养的目标,探索有效的教与学的方式,努力实践以主题意义为引领的英语学习活动观,实施深度教学。教师必须深入研究课程内容,提炼重点,设计有效的教学活动,通过听说读写训练,提高学生的语言能力。

二、发掘优秀文化思想,培养文化品格

文化品格是指对中外文化的理解和对优秀文化的认同,是学生在全球化背景下表现出的文化意识、人文修养和行为取向。文化品格体现英语学科核心素养的价值取向。文化品格的培育有助于学生树立世界眼光,增强国家认同感和家国情怀,学会做人做事,成长为有文化修养和社会责任感的人。

落实立德树人根本任务,培养学生英语学科核心素养。教师应当充分把握教材的编写理念、设计思路应突出英语学科的育人价值,有机融入社会主义核心价值观,将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。要紧密围绕、依据学科核心素养来确立教材内容,无论是语篇和主题的选择还是相应的教学活动设计,都要体现对学科核心素养的培养价值,有利于学生发展语言能力,形成良好的文化品格和思维品质,学会学习,树立正确的价值观和审美观,提高学生的文化品格。

三、创设丰富多彩活动,促进思维品质升华

思维品质指人的思维个性特征,反映其在思维的逻辑性、批判性、创造性等方面所表现的能力和水平。思维品质体现英语学科核心素养的心智发展。思维品质的发展有助于提升学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,从跨文化的视角观察和认识世界,对事物作出正确的价值判断,促进学生的深度学习。

具体而言,学习理解类活动主要指基于语篇的学习活动。以解决问题为目的,鼓励学生从语篇中获得新知,通过梳理、概括、整合信息,建立信息间的关联,形成新的知识结构,感知并理解语言所表达的.意义和语篇所承载的文化价值取向。迁移创新类活动主要指超越语篇的学习活动。通过自主、合作、探究的学习方式,综合运用语言技能,进行多元思维,创造性地解决陌生情境中的问题。英语学习活动的设计应注意.情境创设要尽量真实,注意与学生已有的知识和经验建立紧密联系,力求直接、简洁、有效。教师要善于利用多种工具和手段,思维导图或信息结构图,引导学生通过自主与合作相结合的方式,完成对信息的获取与梳理、概括与整合、内化与运用,教会学生在零散的信息和新旧知识之间建立关联,归纳和提炼基于主题的新知识结构。

四、分组合作教学,培养学习能力

学习能力指学生积极运用和主动调适英语学习策略、拓宽英语学习渠道、努力提升英语学习效率的意识和能力。学习能力构成英语学科核心素养发展的必要条件。学习能力的形成有助于学生做好英语学习的自我管理,养成良好的学习习惯,拓宽学习渠道,提高学习效率。

我校的课改:问题引领,学案导学,其实在学习能力的培养方面已经具有了相对成熟的经验。为培养学生自主、合作、探究的学习能力,教师要为学生创设支持和激励的学习环境。在教学中,教师要有意识地给予指导;课中组织小组合作学习与探究活动;课后布置适量的拓展性作业。此外,教师要在教学中帮助学生学会选择适合自己的学习方法和策略,主动参与学习活动并尝试自我评价和同伴互评,养成自我反思的习惯,在体验自主学习、合作学习和探究式学习的过程中学会学习。教师要在教学过程中帮助学生形成适合自己的学习方法和策略。教师也可以引导学生交流学习方法和策略,互帮互学。教师要引导学生养成自我反思的习惯,反思自己的学习兴趣和动机、学习方法和策略、语言能力现状和发展进程,帮助学生不断发展自主学习能力,成为有责任担当的学习者。

作为世界上最通用的语言,英语不仅是生活工作中的交流工具,更是音乐电影文学宗教艺术的等文化载体。教师应当以英语核心素养为指导,深挖教材,围绕主题,借助现代信息技术,通过丰富多彩的活动,提高学生的语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力,让学生提高综合素质,为祖国培养优秀人才。

教学是一门永无止境的艺术,心得课程标准,高考新改革和核心素养理念的提出,为我们更快更好的学习英语提供新的途径。我相信在校领导的指导下,通过全体英语组老师和学生的努力拼搏,英语的教与学一定会去的巨大进步。
