为配合搞好学校的校园文化建设，进一步搭建学生学习和交流英语的平台，提高学生学习英语的热情和英语口语水平，营造浓厚的英语学习环境，根据学区工作安排，学区决定举办首届英语演讲比赛。现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、比赛主题
北寨学区首届英语口语大赛。
二、参赛对象
参赛选手为各学校5、6年级的学生，每班选派1（希小2名）名选手分年级参加竞赛。
三、时间和场地安排
20xx年4月5日下午1时，兰渭希望小学民德楼多媒体教室。
四、比赛形式和要求
1、比赛形式：每位参赛选手先进行自我介绍；然后进行2至3分钟脱稿演讲，题目自拟。
2、评分标准：自我介绍占20%，演讲占80%。要求选手在台上全程只能用英语表达（不能用中文），发音标准，语音语调流畅自然，主题鲜明突出，仪表大方得体。

六年级组设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。

4．仪表端正，大方得体。姿态优雅自然，对于形象不良的可酌情扣分。1.5分

八、活动过程及安排
1、主持：负责根据活动主题和各校选手参赛内容编排英汉主持词 杨莉 （英语主持） 王爱红（汉语主持）
2、过程：
（1）王校长致开幕词。
（2）参赛选手按抽签顺序进行比赛。
（3）公布比赛获奖名单，当场颁奖。
（4）王校长作活动总结讲话。
注：各校于20xx年3月27日（星期三）前将参赛选手脱稿演讲题目报学区，便于主持人编排主持词。
