但我们也没必要去指责他人，因为他人不帮你或者帮不到你是他们的事，对于他们来说可能只是一次交往加深的错过，但对你的影响就很大，所以，我们要养成自立的精神，不要想着去依靠他人成就某事，想要成功，不如先让自己变得强大，变得不需要任何人的帮助，不需要去祈求别人的施舍。这是自立者最基本的素养。
在这个社会，不管是男人还是女人，强大自身才是立足之本，团队合作那只存在于合作上，在生活上，你还是得靠你自己，那种所谓的团队合作吗，需要一定时间的.磨合，才能化零为整，把大伙的力量都用在同一点。别去奢望别人会倾囊相助，除了自己的父母，没有人有这么大义。即使是所谓的哥们义气，挡刀精神，到了生死存亡的时候，人总是自私的。
