我给大家讲一个关于诚信的小故事吧!故事的名字叫《曾子杀猪》，古代有个叫曾子的人，他的妻子去集市赶集，儿子哭闹着要一起去。妻子为了安抚孩子，于是便哄儿子说：“你在家里乖乖的等妈妈，一会儿我回来的时侯杀猪给你吃。”妻子赶集回来，看见曾子正要杀猪，便连忙制止他。曾子说：“小孩子没有判断力，只会向父母亲学习。如果做父母的说话不算数，孩子就会学着欺骗，不讲信用，将来他可如何在世上立足呀?”虽然只是一句哄孩子的话，虽然他们是父子，虽然一头猪在当时还是很贵的。最终曾子还是把猪杀了，只为了信守对儿子的承诺。
我认为，诚信是一件很重要的美德。虽然诚信对于大家来说已不陌生，从小家长也常常教导我们要讲诚信。可是，社会上依然存在一些不讲诚信的人。比如：有些商家会出卖一些假冒伪劣商品，过期的食品、用品、甚至是药品;还有一些无良的商家会出售一些假烟、假酒，让人饮用后会致人伤亡。孔子有云：人无信不立。难道他们就不明白这“诚信”的道理吗?不，当然不是。他们为了贪图一些眼前的利益，放弃了“诚信”。可他们又何偿明白，他们放弃的不仅是“诚信”，他们丢失的还有他们的人格，还有长期发展的市场空间，甚至还有可能是他们的一生。如果不讲诚信，时间久了，谁还会来买他们的东西。
