我虽然没有许振超同志三十年如一日，爱岗敬业、刻苦钻研技术，创造出世界一流工作效率的壮举。但我相信，许振超的成就也是从一点一滴的小事做起的。千里之行，始于足下。行行出状元。只要热爱自己的岗位，珍惜自己的今天，从我做起，从现在做起，就没有克服不了的困难，就没有干不好的事业！
就这样，我始终坚持微笑服务，从不带着情绪上岗，总是以一张真诚而又亲切的笑脸迎接过往顾客。只有微笑，才能容易与人沟通，才能打动司乘人员。几年下来，无论是数九寒天，还是盛夏酷暑，无论是心情好得时候，还是心情不好的时候，我都能够以笑脸和诚心对待过往的每一个顾客。记得有几次在收费中碰到极少数故意找茬的驾驶员，说多收了他们的通行费，中货按大货收，拒绝缴费，口里还不停地连卷带骂，脏话连篇。我始终做到节制有度、态度诚恳、耐心说服、宣传收费政策、说清收费标准，最终用真诚打动了他们，使其满意离去，走时还一再表示歉意。在处理这些事上，我虽然受了一些委屈，但看到客户的理解，我心里特别高兴，特别有成就感。
