作为一名农信员工,我的诚信就是献身吉林农信,并为之奋斗终身。在“至诚至善,自律自强”的企业精神感召下,熔铸忠诚于农信事业、践行理想于企业发展、付诸努力于提升农信的公众影响力,这就是我的一名新一辈农信人的人生诚信。

什么是吉林农信的诚信呢?
诚信就是爱岗敬业,做好本职工作。妈妈一手抱着啼哭的婴儿,一手还在忙着打算盘记账,支持她的是一种爱岗敬业的诚信;信贷员为了收回一笔贷的款,不惜翻山越岭上百次,支持她的是对职业忠诚的诚信;主任一手打着点滴,一手还在做着利润计划,支持他的是一种鞠躬尽瘁的诚信。
作为第一批宣传企业文化的.种子教官,我很荣幸,也深知自己的一言一行不仅仅代表我个人,而是整个农信的企业形象。真诚微笑的面对每一位客户并不难,难的是持之以恒。然而,农信人做到了。
李红军,是郊区联社铁厂信用社的一名信贷员。他担任信贷员16年,管理贷的款余额3450万元。16年来,他胸怀三农,立足诚信。年年超额完成任务。去年,累计发放贷的款4300多万元,累计收回到期贷的款4280万元,其中:清收不良贷的款10万元,贷的款收回率100%;全年收回贷的款利息340万元,利息收回率100%。三年完成利息收入近千万。
