The reason why sport is so popular for all age groups is because Sport help us to a healthier and fitter body and life.

Everyone wants to stay health and fit, so they won't be sick very often. Sport always help our body function properly and build muscles.

i believe many people love sport. those who doesn;t like sport, may i suggest you to try one of two.

it is a chance to exercise and be health and fit.During sport, you can make new friends and feel the team spirt.

Hello guys, nice to here to share my short-term goal with you.

You know that almost every boy is in want of a robust body with sturdy muscles, of course I am one of them. In order for this, I will do 7500 push-ups in the next 3 months.

For me, as a boy, doing push-ups is an effective method to build muscle, which not only contributes to my blood circulation, but also conduces to the refreshment of my mind. Especially at present, in winter, indoors sports are increasingly accepted by people. So it is wise to take this method into consideration to build muscle and refresh my brain.

Now you see how relevant it is to me, and I will show you how measurable it is. I will do 50 push-ups every night, including weekends. To tell the truth, I am not the kind of guy who is of perseverance. But I will try my best to carry out my plan. If I forget it someday, I will catch up the next day. In this way, 150 days later, 7500 push-ups will be finished. That is to say, I will accomplish my plan in 3 months. According to this, my goal is an achievable one, right?

a successful businessman, one of my father’s friends, devoted himseff to his business. he works from morning to night every day. there is no weekends in his mind. he often says, "i must earn much money so that i can get what i want. "lately, he is ill. though he has a lot of money, he can do nothing but lie in the hospital’s bed.

so i think health is more important than wealth people can do nothing if they are always in poor health, let alone happiness. no matter we are rich or not, we can not ignore the importance of health.
